Such a perfect vacation!

This place was absolutely perfect for vacation! It’s so perfectly located next to so many things and being beach side was just so perfect!! Such an easy process all around! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Unit listed as 1 bedroom but had a loft with a king bed, so could be 2 bedroom. Hot tub was relaxing. Great view of the gulf from the balcony.

Great Find Near Pier Park

The process of renting the property was very smooth. The unit itself was very clean and met every expectation that it set up for itself based on the listing. More than enough sleeping area for 7 people despite only having one true bedroom. The only downside of the unit that we encountered was that it was essentially all open from room to room, so any conversation could be heard throughout the entire unit. It wasn't really an issue- it was really the only downside I could think of. It is right on the beach which can't be beat and it's a short walk from Pier Park which is a great spot to hang out. The hot tub is also a nice additional bonus to the property and is good for hanging out at night outside of the unit itself. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to any group looking for a spot to stay on the beach.

Filth Was Overbearing

Great location. Close to Pier Park. Dogs welcome. Benefits end there. Condo was extremely filthy. Stove top was unusable. Sliding glass door, toilet handle, toilet seat all broken. Mold on shower walls and kitchen sink. Blood on wall and toilet. Moldy food inside pull out couch. Sand inside newly made beds and all over futon. Communication was good until I complained about lack of cleanliness.
