This home is newly remodeled featuring 2 Master suites bed/bath combos third bathroom is just outside bedroom 3. . All bedrooms have king size beds. Tv room is located off the newly remodeled kitchen with a door to reduce noise for those late sleepers. King size beds all have top quality and comfortable linens and pillows. The couches in tv room reclines for extra comfort while watching tv. Two bbq’s out back one is charcoal and the other propane.
No Garage Access. However, you can park on stones that is less than 6 feet from the front door

Lake Havasu City

The home itself was very nice, furnished well and decorated nicely. The size of the home was more than adequate. The only complaint we had was the backyard. I ended up cleaning both grills since they were left unclean. The hot tub was also not up to our standards. We own a hot tub so I cleaned the hot tub and made sure the water was acceptable. The backyard was less than desirable. Home was a 10, the backyard a 4. The Millers were very accommodating with any requests that we made and we appreciate that.

We were very pleased with this rental. The rental description was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and it was very private in the yard. The hot tub was great to enjoy. Would recommend to others!

Perfect base camp!

Just the perfect place to stay and enjoy everything Lake Havasu City has to offer. The house was more than expected. Very roomy and comfortable. The jacuzzi was great. Again, clean and comfortable. Outdoor grills were perfect for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. Master bathroom is roomy with a wonderful shower. Host was very responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend staying here

Great Place…Great Hosts!!

Everything was awesome! Very clean home and worked perfectly for our group of couples…and one spare! Hosts were great communicators and very responsive! Kitchen very well stocked with everything you would need! Beds were so comfortable!! House is actually larger than the pics make it look! We’ll be back!

Wonderful Host

We enjoyed our stay and the 3 bathrooms were wonderful as we had family come and stay with us. Art was great about any issues and was very willing to resolve them right away. The neighborhood was very quiet and a great location.

Beautiful home, close to town and lake!

Three couples/6 adults, loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great location, close to everything, especially easy drive to the Marina. Lots of parking, and boat parking. Hot tub was great for evening soaks. Everything was perfect, we would definitely use this home again and would recommend it!

HIGHLY Recommend This Property

I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with this property. It was recently renovated and it felt like home. In terms of cleanliness, it was immaculate. Each room had comfortable king size beds with a dedicated restroom, so it was perfect for the 3 couples who stayed. It had a spacious family room, great for entertaining and a loading kitchen including everything you could possibly need. The home owners where very kind, gracious and communicated well throughout the whole process. It’d definitely stay there again.

VERY NICE HOUSE

The house is very nice, clean, lots of supplies the only thing we had a little trouble it was the air conditioner did not cool enough in the master bedroom but in the other rooms was okay considering that it was a very hot weekend. Over all I enjoy my stay and will rent this house again.
