This brightly lit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with views from each room breaks down like this: the first bedroom has a Queen size bed, 48 inch TV and full length windows and slider to access balcony. There is a bathroom off of the living area with a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has Gulf views and balcony access with two Queen beds and a 48 inch TV. There is a bathroom off the entry way of this bedroom with a stand alone shower. Rounding out your accommodations is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals! Excellent View

This was a wonderful property to stay at. The resort was very nice. The view from the patio was amazing. We ate every meal out there overlooking the gulf. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect Location

Great location. Easy parking and elevator access to room. Plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts in lobby for convenience. Early access code was given to us, but didn't work. Used access code for after 4 pm that was provided. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. All beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress toppers, at the very least, should be replaced.

Great spot

Overall great experience. Two small issues. Check in was a bit bumpy as a parking pass isn’t issued until check in so had to find parking as we came in early and no beach chair service until check in HOA rules - nbd. Beds were a bit soft but the location and view are worth it. Mirimar beach is magnificent

Just what we were looking for

We will definitely be staying here again. Check in process was easy, beach access was easy, and even came with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Beautiful views of the ocean.

Beautifully updated, welll equipped two bedroom condo big enough for a small family. The views of the Gulf from the living room and bedroom are fantastic. Loved the oversized balcony. Pool is small and kids splash you the whole time so it would be nice to have a kid free adult pool. Liked the walk across beach access and loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided by condo management. Enjoyed an early check in. Did not like the difficulty with contacting someone for two small maintenance issues. It was taken care of the day after reporting though. Both bedrooms need a fan. There was one box fan. My family thought that both mattresses were too firm. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very Cute Beach Get Away!

We came here for a quick couple's getaway for my husband's birthday. Its in a high rise building with several condos, ours faced the gulf and it was peaceful and perfect for us! The location is amazing and very close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping! My only slight issue was the check in process. We had a late flight and didn't get in until late. You have to have a parking pass, towing is strictly enforced. Eventually, we found the front entrance and there was a phone # to call security after hours. The man came and created us a parking pass. Once we parked our rental, we were able to locate and access our rental with ease. I saw a few other reviews where people ran into this same issue. I even saw it first hand with guests at this resort, these details should be better disclosed, I think I was only able to find this information because I sought it out. Other than that, this rental worked great for our party and I'd absolutely recommend this unit! :)

Bad management

The condo is fine. However, at checkin there was no one at the desk since it closes at 5pm. I called the Vacasa management but since I registered through VRBO, they had no record of my registration. I discovered by calling VRBO that the unit is managed by Best Beach Getaways. I found the needed access to the condo in my email so we were able to get into the condo. I called VRBO to ask about parking passes and entry into the exercise facility. They told me I would have to call Best Beach Getaways. I called Best Beach Getaways and was only able to leave a message on multiple occasions. I never received a response from them so never had a parking pass. the Vacasa desk said they could not verify our reservation so they would not give me the code for the exercise room. I am not a complainer and usually very good about going with the flow but this was unacceptable. My wife was not happy and we left a day early. We will not use this facility again.

Amazing Stay!

We stayed here while evacuated for Hurricane Ida. Staying here was a little piece of paradise and gave us peace in a very stressful time. We tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately, it was already booked from the night we were originally scheduled to check out. We are sad to leave and wish we could have stayed until we can return home. Thank you for having us. We loved the unit and had zero complaints!

Excellent Place and View

Absolutely loved it and look forward to doing it again, maybe even add a day or two. Place was spacious for my family of 5 plus parents. My parents had the single bed room to themselves and I had the larger, 2 bed room for myself, wife, and kids. The view off of the balcony was excellent. Loved the private access to the beach, straight from the property. Loved the fact that we had the access to a ready to use beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs, all I had to do was go reserve early. The restaurant on the premises was great but wish it was open for breakfast and coffee in the AM. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the condo, resort, and beach. Would definately do it again. My only, ever so slight, complain is that the check-in instructions weren't as clear as I would have hoped. The information didn't make it clear that the early check in code and other code were quite literally the keypad code to the condo door, not to a checkin process at the front desk.

Great getaway!

I stayed with 2 friends and had plenty of room. Great location. Loved that they had a cooler to bring to the beach and a couple of chairs. The little extras make a difference. The only thing I wish they had were beach towels for the beach or pool.

Easter Weekend

The condo is nicely renovated. It’s probably one of the nicest in the resort with a fair price. The check in process went smoothly. They communicate thru text message and/ or email. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. I would highly recommend the hamburgers!! This condo is an easy walk to the gas station and a 3 min drive to Winn Dixie, wine & sprits and Chick-fil-A. If you want to rent a bike, call a few days before arriving., most places with deliver them to you. I would highly suggest getting a drink at the bar while enjoying the bonfire on the beach.(Friday nights) It’s a great way to end the night.

Check it was terrible, took me 2 hours after late check in to get a room code Extra charge for clean

Horrible at first due to check in issues, beds are hard, sink water line broke and one of my friends slipped and fell. I tried to get the property manager 3 times now she won’t reply. Oh you see that $$$ charge for cleaning fee ? Well clean up room before you leave if not she will charge you extra $$$. Bring toilet paper, soap, trash bags because although you’re paying a lot for your stay they won’t provide you for no more than a day worth of essentials. Terrible experience, bad service and the property manager is the worst !!
