Beautiful views across the Swaner Nature Preserve and to the mountains and hills beyond! Walkability score is off the charts. Enjoy concerts, shopping, and dining. Minutes to Canyons, PCMR or Deer Valley for world class skiing. Take the free public transportation to ski, visit Historic Main Street, and more. Enjoy miles of paved trail immediately adjacent to your deck. Private garage parking with plenty of guest parking. This home is best in class!

Nice condo in a great location

My husband and I have spent a lot of time in Park City and found the location of this condo, which is walking distance from all the stores and restaurants in Redstone, to be really convenient. Bordering Swanner’s Preserve was perfect for lovely walks and beautiful views.

Beautiful property with incredible views

My family and I enjoyed our week long stay at Morgan's property. It was a great location with easy access to Swaner nature preserve, walkability to shops and restaurants, and easy access to downtown Park City. Morgan was very responsive and even provided a few toys for my young kids. Overall, great stay!

Great short stay!

We had a great stay and Morgan was exceptionally responsive! The townhouse looks out onto Swaner with amazing views with the running path right there. The water pressure in the upstairs shower was a little low but everything else (appliances, beds, fireplace) all worked beautifully; we had a great stay. Thank you.
