Completely renovated and air-conditioned, this town house is located in the heart of the old town of the Ciotat in a typical Provencal street.
The decoration is neat and the equipment complete to offer you all the necessary comfort and live the full life ciotadenne forgetting your car. Beach, shops, creeks, restaurants, etc. are all within walking distance.

It is an ideal accommodation for your holidays or business trips. The shipyard is a 10-minute walk away.
Parking is included.

Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 1 space at the Indigo Old Port car park and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).

A deposit of 750€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.

Ideal for up to 4 people, this accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the old town in a quiet street parallel to the street “des poilus”, the main shopping street in the center of La Ciotat.
Townhouses are quite rare on the port and offer many amenities compared to an apartment. The first is that you do not have a direct neighbours, it is a guarantee of calm.

The ground floor offers a storage space and laundry separate from the living part of the house. Very convenient to store bicycles, sports equipment or work and run a washing machine without generating noise disturbances in the living spaces of the accommodation.

On the first floor is the living room, dining area and kitchen. A lot of care has been taken to this space so that it is cosy and comfortable. Two large windows bring a beautiful brightness. The kitchen equipment is very complete. For your comfort, this floor is air-conditioned.

The sleeping area is on the second floor and therefore separate from the living area. You will find two rooms with distinct identities, equipped with double beds with closet or dresser. The bedding is new with a bed of 140 x 190 and 2 beds of 80 x 200 that can be combined. These two rooms are equipped with air conditioning that allow to regulate the temperature of the rooms.
The showeroom with Italian shower is independent of both bedrooms. Just like on the first floor, you will have an independent toilet.

Other remarks
A parking space is available at the Indigo "vieux port" car park near the town hall. It is about 600 m from the apartment. You can park nearby to drop off your luggage.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Arrival times: 4pm -7pm, departure time: 9am – 11am.
In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

The neighborhood
The house is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly walked along small streets full of charms, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. We pass in front of houses whose construction extends from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also enjoy the new quays of the old port completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and creek of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...

On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also pick up your vehicle and start at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...

Transport
You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. Bus, parking, departure of shuttles to the green island or the Calanques.
