Entire 3 BR, 2.5 BA condo with great views of Mt. Crested Butte from 2 balconies! Shared hot tub and dry sauna just outside the front door!
Includes 2 parking spaces, 1 in the garage where you can store your gear. Located 1/2 mile from base area & 1.5 miles to Snodgrass Trailhead. Shuttle stop right outside for quick access to town!
1 bedroom with a queen bed, one with a queen plus bunk bed, and 1 bedroom with a king. Fully-stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in the condo truly make this your home away from home!
Main Level (above garage):
Fully-stocked kitchen has all you need to stay in and cook your meals. Includes fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker (coffee beans!) and grinder, toaster, and crock pot among many other supplies. Kid-friendly dishes are included too!
Living room and half bathroom are also on the main level, separate from the bedrooms upstairs allowing for the night owls to not bug the early risers. Settle on the couch and warm up next to the gas fireplace while watching TV with your favorite streaming apps on the new TV.
Directly off the living room is a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun and view of Mt. Crested Butte.
Second Floor:
Two roomy bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen bed. The east (queen) bedroom (bedroom 2) also has a private balcony which offers a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Crested Butte. This bedroom also has a full bath directly attached to it.
The additional full bathroom is off the hallway, right next to the west (king) bedroom (bedroom 1).
Top Floor:
Spacious bedroom with a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, and twin-sized bunk beds. Includes a desk and work area where you can work from the condo using the fast Wi-Fi.
Garage:
The standard vehicle sized garage is a great storage space for bikes, skis, boards, and other toys. Note that the garage height is 75" - which typically means it can fit an SUV (w/o a rooftop cargo rack), a 1/4 ton truck (Tacoma, Ranger, etc.), or a car. There is a parallel parking spot directly in front of the garage for larger vehicles.
Parking is tight and a hot commodity in this area, so keep that in mind when driving up with several vehicles!
Also in the garage is a bike service stand+tools, a ski rack, a bike rack (summer/fall season), and additional ski/board racks (winter season)
Washer and dryer (and detergent!) is also in the garage allowing you to easily do laundry.
Shared amenities include a hot tub just outside the condo door where you can relax after a long day on the trails! In the warmer weather, enjoy the outdoor grilling space next to the hot tub. Note that the complex closes the hot tub in the off season (mid April-May).
A smart lock is equipped so you will have access 24/7 with a personalized entry code.

Walking distance to the lifts, liquor store, deli, playground, and coffee shop. Minutes away from some of the best skiing, hiking, trail running, and mountain biking in Colorado, so you are sure to enjoy your stay! Quiet, secluded feel yet steps away from the base area and amenities.
Shuttle stops at the condo for easy transport to the lifts and Crested Butte. The free shuttle stops here year round. Private standard vehicle sized garage and 1 additional parking spot in front of the condo accommodate two vehicles making it easy for groups as well as to unload your luggage and store your gear.
Please note that this condo is in a smaller complex (26 units). The benefits of this are that the hot tub and sauna are almost never occupied, the area is quieter, and we know and like our neighbors pretty well :). This is an extremely convenient location for families, friend groups not looking for mayhem, and the mountain athletes looking to get after it! Note that we manage our place for guests (no property management company) and are very friendly with our cleaner (she's also a local artist that has painted several of the free shuttle busses!). You'll be in direct contact with us via the booking site and we will be happy to answer any of your questions and help you enjoy your time to the best of our ability! Just keep in mind that we cannot provide the services that a hotel might and we do not have a regular management company on call. This is our favorite place to do all our favorite activities and we very much hope to share this space with you!
