Near the swimming pool (12x6m) secured by a roller shutter, you will find a Pool House as well as garden furniture for sunny lunches. Returning to the house, you will pass the main terrace with barbecue and will be delighted to feel the beginning of the beautiful summer evenings. Inside, the 220 m² farmhouse is on 2 levels with on the ground floor, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and upstairs, two bedrooms which share a bathroom, not forgetting that each room is air-conditioned! Sheets included, cleaning 200€ - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures entrance and if there is a shortage of laundry.
