This premier vacation home, with panoramic mountain views, is nestled on one acre in the most prestigious corridor in Rancho Mirage, known as Clancy Lane. The estate features private grounds and a luxurious, resort-like setting with remarkable amenities including a relaxing pool, bar, and spa, island BBQ, fire pit, a large six-hole putting green and two chipping greens to practice your short game. All of this is surrounded by a beautiful desert landscape and spectacular panoramic palm-lined mountain views.
This spacious, upscale “La Quinta Resort” style home is furnished for the most discerning guests who are looking for a unique, high-end vacation experience. The Spanish-style estate is a five-bedroom, five-bath home including a private detached casita. The splendid master bedroom, located at one end of the house, offers privacy and features a spa bathtub, dual shower heads, and direct pool access.
The gourmet kitchen has two impressive center islands with a bar seating area to accommodate large groups and entertain guests while cooking that perfect meal. In addition to the slab granite countertops, it is fully equipped with Wolf gas range with eight burners, two ovens, and a large subzero fridge/freezer, in addition to two dishwashers, two sinks, a wine fridge, and two large pantries.
The open floor plan includes a family room and a formal living room that are adjacent to the kitchen, creating the perfect space for spending quality time with family and friends. The living room features a large sitting area with a natural stone gas fireplace and connects to a formal dining area with a table for ten. This specular space has large glass doors that lead to the covered patio and pool area.
The estate is just minutes from the downtown Rancho Mirage area, which features several high-end shops and restaurants. Only five minutes drive to El Paseo Street in Palm Desert, and a short 15-minute​ drive to Palm Springs downtown. The property is centrally located to access all of the amenities that the Desert has to offer, including music festivals, tennis tournaments, shopping malls, hiking and biking trails, and golf courses.

FANTASTIC HOME
We were very impressed with this home. It was perfect for the 10 of us. My husband & I were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our 2 daughters, their husbands and 4 grandkids (7, 8, 9 & 10). The house was very clean and spacious. The pool & hot tub were very relaxing. The neighborhood is perfect for walking/running. Hector was amazing. He answered all my questions immediately and was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and encourage you to stay here too!

Girls Trip 2022!
This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location, neighborhood and outdoor space. Hector is really easy to work with. We had massage therapists come one day for massages and it was wonderful. I have only a couple of complaints about this property. The carpets are really stained in the bedrooms. Our socks were filthy from walking around on hard surfaced floors inside. It's a really big house to turn around for another group of guests in 5 hours (4 hours for our group). Seems like they're just trying to get as many people in as possible instead of giving it a day to get cleaned thoroughly. There are absolutely no spices or condiments in the house. I've stayed at high end properties all over the US and never run into this problem. We had to go buy salt. There is no schedule anywhere listed when maintenance individuals are coming. Landscapers, gardeners and pool cleaner. All showed up unannounced and just walked into the back yard where us three girls were sunbathing. It's a bit uncomfortable. I do run into this often and complain about it every chance I get. Please leave a schedule of when maintenance will be coming by,

A Rancho mirage fun getaway.
A fantastic experience was had by all. There was no lack of activities with ping pong, putting and hitting practice in the back yard and a stunning pool and hot tub.

Best week ever
We enjoyed a perfect week! Hector communicated with us perfectly all along the way. The house was perfect for our girls getaway. That said, it would be perfect for families of all ages. The location is excellent. We kept ourselves busy and barely scratched the surface all there is to do in Palm Desert. We will be back!

We loved our stay in this home. It was plenty spacious for our girls getaway of 9. Pool and hot tub we amazing. We could have just enjoyed the house the entire time. Girls Trip 2021
We came to Rancho Mirage for a girl's trip from WA state. The house was everything we could have wanted! It is beautiful and spacious will all the amenities! There were only a few things that weren't perfect, but expected when staying in a rental. The carpets were stained in some of the bedrooms. Ping Pong table was broken and couple minor things in one of the bathrooms. Overall, did not detour us from booking again. We will be back In June for our annual girl's trip! Hector is very very attentive and some of the reason we will stay here again. Recommended!!!!

Although we had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren, there were some major issues with the house and management team. The house advertised 5 bedrooms and 5 baths which led us to believe that each bedroom had its own bath. Not true. Two of the bedrooms shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. This same bathroom has broken shutters in the bathroom so occupants came be seen from the outside. This was our first stay at a verbo so we didn’t know what to expect. It’s a good thing I brought paper towels, napkins, plastic containers for leftovers, Saran Wrap, foil, and spices because none existed at the house. We reported low battery on the casita locked door but no one came to fix it. Also, the outside lights of the casita were out and there was not enough lighting at the bbq. Other than the master suite, the other bathrooms were the equivalent of a hotel chain. We found approximately 10 reminders of house rules spread throughout the house so there would be no more than 10 people at the house at one time to dissuade people from having parties. I understand that. However, it would have been helpful to have a list of how to use the house period. For example, there were no how tos for using the spa and waterfalls, where we would find the key to the fire pit, how to log on to the wi-fi and how to enter the house and garage. We paid a lot of money to stay at the house for 4 nights and felt abandoned upon check-in. When I asked for this information, I was sent videos. These videos or written instructions should have been sent to me without having to ask.

Spacious, beautiful, convenient and peaceful.
This property is set very close to a variety of restaurants, hotels and a mall which we explored by various "urban hikes" every day. However, besides that we felt no need to leave the property! Putting contests, cornhole, ping pong tournaments and a beautiful pool were all we needed. The kitchen was a dream for those who love to entertain at home. Bedrooms were spacious and private. There was even an extra bedroom (if we had young kids) not advertised with a bunk bed, and a driving range/net behind the casita. Everything was easy to operate, and Hector was very attentive to our questions! Thank you!

What a beautiful property! The backyard was like a resort with a beautiful pool, hot tub, putting and chipping green and a ping pong table. we were there for a family occasion and every night we just sat around the fire pit and took in the beautiful scenery and just talked., something we hadn't been able to do for 3 years (covid), it was wonderful.The outdoor seating was plentiful and comfortable. The decor in the house is beautiful, the house is very spacious and well laid out., my daughter and grandchildren had a 2 bedroom wing to themselves, my son and his wife had the casita , everyone had their own space.The house has a magnificent kitchen. the location was great, very central to shopping and restaurants. I cant say enough nice things about this rental. Hector was very accommodating, can't wait to go back!

Stunning, resort-like property!
What a great experience! This home was gorgeous! Plenty of space, beautiful backyard and interior, and Hector was an excellent host. The home far exceeded the photos! The pool was a resort right on property. The kitchen was huge and plenty of space for the chef we brought in. And the bedrooms/bathrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to feel like they could have some privacy. We will definitely be coming back!!

This house was fantastic for my friends and I to stay in during our time in Southern California. The backyard was so nice that we barely wanted to leave. There was plenty of space for 10 people and lots of activities to do for those that don't just like sitting around the pool. Hector was great to communicate with and helped as soon as I needed anything. This was a great stay!

This house actually exceeded our Expectations! The rooms were absolutely stunning, huge area for sitting the outside is impeccable. Yeah the kitchen was perfect especially having two sinks it’s amazing. The casita was beautiful Also, Anytime I needed Hector he was on top of it super fast! He’s the best. House is in a good area. A bit disappointed with the overall shape of the home. Specially cleaning. There were not even trash bags available, we found 2 soap bars for all 10 guests. Dishwasher had dirty dishes on. Carpets were all dirty which is a problem when you have a baby. 2 of the kids got dust allergies. Floaters for the pool were dirty and broken, no batteries on some of the control remotes and a few more things that matter when you have a 40+ degree weather outside and need to hang out inside most of the time.

This property exceeded expectations. The pictures were accurate and the quality of furnishings and finishing exceeded expectations. Everything was of good quality and in good working order. No issues during our stay but advance communication and a couple questions on arrival were responded to extremely quickly by the very nice manager Hector.
