The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.

Possibility of parking 2 vehicles directly in the grounds of the house with private, secure parking.

The villa is located just a few minutes by bike from the port and village centre of Saint-Martin

La Cible beach (activities and services on offer): sailing and kite-surfing school (from 1 April to the All Saints‘ Day holidays), “Les Pirates de la Cible” kids’ club, ‘La Cible’ restaurant.

The Aquaré aquatic centre is just 5 minutes from the villa:
25m swimming pool and covered leisure pool. The little ones can have fun in the large paddling pool, while the older ones slide down the waterslide. For adults, a relaxation area awaits them in the balneo area comprising a sauna, hammam and spa.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The house is non-smoking.

The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.
WIFI Internet access.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included from 1 July to 31 August (and optional out of season).
The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

Tourist tax is not included.
