Gemütliche Wohnung zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung war hell, sauber und schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Mitten in der Stadt gelegen und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.

Schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage in der Stadt auf Norderney kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ein Restaurant, ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen fast direkt gegenüber.

Zentrale & gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen der Norderneyer Innenstadt. Sie ist groß genug für 4 Personen und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Reinigungsdienst war erst gegen 17 Uhr fertig dafür war sie dann aber sehr sauber. Die weiteren Eigentümer im Haus sind sehr sauber. Wir hatten daher einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Super schöner Urlaub

Meine 8 jährige Enkeltochter und ich 73 jährige Oma, haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Gute telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Anbieterin und Service. Wir hatten die Nummer fürs WLAN nicht gefunden. Alles geregelt. Ich würde mich immer wieder hier einmieten.

Oster-Kurzurlaub

Wir haben 4 Tage in der schöne Ferienwohnung verbracht. Auch mit 4 Personen (2 Erw, 2 Kinder) hat es dank der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer gut gepasst. Gute Lage, nahe am Strand und gegenüber von einem kleinen Supermarkt (der auch bei unserer Anreise am Sonntag geöffnet hatte!) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles super 🙂

Ich war mit meinem Mann und unserer Tochter auf der Insel. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Lage der Wohnung war auch top und besonders positiv empfand ich die Möglichkeit den Kinderwagen und Croozer im Flur stehen lassen zu können. Es gibt lediglich einen Kritikpunkt meinerseits und dieser bezieht sich auf die Sauberkeit. Leider waren die Backbleche im Backofen deutlich verschmutzt vom vorherigen Mieter. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut 🙂

Schwieriger Start

Positiv: - Schlüssel vor Anreise per Post zugesandt bekommen, somit kontaktloser Check-In möglich - Ausstattung der Küche akzeptabel - Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden - TV und Internet - günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe mit allem alltäglichen, was man so benötigt Negativ: - kein richtiges Rollo vor dem Badezimmerfenster (Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss mit vollflächiger Glasfront, so dass man im Dunkeln von draußen reinschauen kann) - Reinigung des Objektes erfolgte erst 2 Stunden nach offizieller Check-In Zeit (inkl. Rauswurf durch die beiden Reiniguns-Damen… deswegen der schwierige Start)

Toller zentraler Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Norderney und ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Aktionen bei Tag und Nacht. Ruhiges Umfeld. Im Glasanbau wird es tagsüber im Sommer ziemlich warm, da muss man ein wenig mit Vorhängen und Durchlüften gucken. 2 Handtücher pro Person vorhanden, für Strand sollte man natürlich selbst noch was mitbringen. Kunterbunte unfangreiche Küchenausstattung vorhanden.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Meer ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und man ist auch sehr Zentral am Rand der Fußgängerzone. Leider hat das Internet überhaupt nicht funktioniert (der Fehler wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes trotz Reklamation auch nicht behoben) und im TV gab es nur drei Sender.

Helle, schöne Wohnung mit Nostalgie-Ambiente

Eine rundum schöne und helle Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit allem was man braucht. Sie liegt einerseits mitten im Ort, andererseits soweit abseits, dass es nachts angenehm ruhig ist. Der schöne Wohn-/Küchen- und Essbereich besteht fast komplett aus Fenstern. Die Dusche könnte etwas Auffrischung gebrauche, ansonsten war es einfach gemütlich und auch bei Regen hell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
