A beautiful newly constructed home with all new furnishings. Walk to the beach, swim in the lake, have a BBQ on the deck, walk to the ice cream shop, and enjoy s'mores on the campfire in the backyard! On Saturday mornings walk to the farmer's market during the summer. Street music in town on the weekends. Boyne Mountain is 5 miles away. Book your family vacation with hiking, biking, skiing, ice skating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, sailing, golfing, and the list goes on!

NEW, NEW, NEW! This is a beautifully constructed new home with all new furnishings and an open floor plan. Granite countertops, energy-efficient washer and dryer, Le Creuset dinnerware, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, king bed in the master suite, queen bunk beds, pull-out queen sofa sleeper, Eddie Bauer and Nautica bedsheets, Weber grill, bath towels, and adirondack rocking chairs on the front porch. High-speed wifi is provided for working remotely or distance learning. There is a fire pit in the backyard that makes the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows.

Year-round activities are out the back door! Perfect location to walk to the beach, downtown restaurants and shops, playgrounds for the kids, and Avalanche Park for hiking/biking. A short 5 mile drive to Boyne Mountain for excellent downhill and cross country skiing, snow tubing and ice skating; in addition to nearby Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands ski resorts. Walk from the house to Avalanche Park trailhead for a hike to see the spectacular fall colors and overlook Lake Charlevoix. In addition, Avalanche Park has an ice rink in the winter.

Perfect Spot

Our stay here was somewhat unique because we happened to be there for the awful ice storm, unfortunately. During our first night's stay, the power went out and we had to be creative with how we spent our time, as skiing was out of the question and most other activities as well. What we appreciated was the amazing communication that we had with Laura the entire time we were there. She was very responsive to any questions we had and offered suggestions on their favorite places to visit. We regained power after about 15 hours and were able to go skiing the following day. We were grateful to have a place that was clean, cozy, comfortable, and reliable in such a situation. We would be happy to come back to this place and stay here again when the weather is nicer, as there are many amazing places within walking distance!!

Christmas Ski Trip

The house was nice, clean, welcoming and cozy. Well stocked with everything we needed. The area was nice. Safe cozy quiet street. Our first time in Michigan was a nice one. We were blessed with lots of snow. Had a great time on the slopes and enjoyed some shopping in Petoskey. Thanks for everything.

Amazing home, host and town!

This was our first trip to Michigan. We wanted to stay somewhere that allowed us to explore many different areas including Charlevoix, Traverse, etc. We are so glad we stayed in this home. It was so very clean and simply adorable. Boyne City was wonderful offering plenty of restaurants, beaches, shops, boat rentals, and activities. There are parks all around and we felt safe day and night. The home is located within walking distance to the beach and downtown. The SkyBridge at Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away, Charlevoix is a 25 minute drive away. Boyne Mountain has lots of activities including pickleball courts and a very nice indoor water park and is just 10 minutes from the home. We drove an hour to Mackinac for one day and also made it to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We hope to visit this same home in the fall/winter. The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate with. I tend to have high expectations and this property exceeding them all! Travelled with 4 kids( ages 14-7). They loved the accommodations as well.

Long weekend stay

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend with our sons. House is very clean and comes with everything you need. Close to town but in a quiet area. Really enjoyed the fire pit each night.

Amazing Up North Getaway!

This house is an absolute gem…I thought it looked amazing in the pictures and was even better in-person. It was beautiful, clean, close to everything in Boyne City, and perfectly accommodated my family of 4 (kids 7 and 13) and my two in laws. Laura was easy to get ahold of and made sure we got in for early check in when we asked ahead of time. Will definitely be booking again next time we stay in the area!

The perfect place!

Beautiful new home with the comforts of your own home. Great layout inside with fun space outside. Perfect for two couples, or a family with kids. Only a few blocks from town, but far enough to give you privacy. Highly recommend!! The host has thought of all your needs and is readily available if needed. Don’t hesitate - this is the place for you!

1,000 steps to ice cream!

Boyne city gem! Beautiful new home, great backyard, comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed walking to town, playing giant connect 4 and Jenga on the back deck and reading on the front porch. Queen size bunk beds were a bonus too. Lovely house and owners were quick to respond to my couple questions. Also, my kids counted and it’s is about 1000 steps to the ice cream shops- a definite must!

Fantastic place and location!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, spacious, and beautiful! The location to downtown, the lake, and avalanche preserve, was only a few short blocks! Definitely would recommend this place, and we hope to stay here again in the future! Cheers!

Gorgeous Little Place

We loved the house! It was perfect for us. It was tastefully decorated and had all the facilities a family needs when away from home. It is in a small pretty neighborhood a few minutes from town and only 10 minutes easy drive to Boyne Mountain for skiing. Everything was super clean which is something I always look for. My only recommendation would be for some new towels and probably a few more. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for all the helpful communication as well.
