Fantastic Stay

The property is a ; minute ride from the beach in the golf cart provided with the rental. There is a ton of great food nearby and the home makes for a great place to gather friends and family. If that isn’t enough, the property isn’t managed by one of those property management companies, rather by the owner. Jake was available to answer questions, give insights and provide recommendations. We loved our time there and will visit again. Thank you Jake.

Beach Vacay

We loved our stay. The house was spacious enough for our family of six and very comfortable. Having access to the golf cart really made the trip for us. We are a beach family and having the ability to just pack up the golf cart and head to the beach was wonderful. Jake was very kind and texted back with answers to our questions right away. Thank you!

Had a great time, the community and neighbors are great. The owner Jacob Ament is amazing, he made sure we had all we needed, dropped off more beach chairs for us, overall we had a blast! Highly recommend going with friends family.

Would love to stay here again!

This was such an amazing trip for my family. We drove from Texas and everything from the check-in process, instructions on how to use everything to accessing the community pool was so helpful. Neighborhood was extremely safe and very welcoming. Loved the use of the swimming pool as well as the golf cart. This made it so much easier to going to and from the house.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The interior is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed, from cozy blankets to a well-equipped kitchen and lots of natural light throughout. The highlight for us were the outdoor patios, especially at night to see lots of stars in the sky. The house is in a great location being only about 6 blocks away from a public beach so it's walkable or a short golf cart ride. Plus, it's a short ride to many great restaurants, shops and activities. We also enjoyed driving the golf cart around the community on a hunt to find Christmas lights! To top it off, Jake is a wonderful host who was very communicative and helpful before and throughout our stay. The welcome packet is extremely helpful with anything you need to know about the house and recommendations for things to do in the area. One thing to note - the community pool is not heated and there's no hot tub. But, kids are resilient and my kids still swam some even though it was chilly at the end of November! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning sometime!

Great stay great location plenty of room

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The golf cart was so fun and helpful. Plenty of beach toys (although I would recommend your own chairs if you want more comfort). Every bathroom had enough towels and soap. The host was very responsive and helpful. The beach is just a short drive away.

Perfect Beach Getaway on 30A

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short golf cart ride to both the beach and the pool, making it super convenient for my wife and I. The house itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The spacious layout made it perfect for us, the pool table and outdoor patios were some of our favorites features. Our host was fantastic! Jake was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we booked until checkout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

Texans take on Santa Rosa Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is so spacious and beautiful in a quaint cul de sac just minutes away from the beach and the neatest little shopping/restaurant area. Jake also left his own golf cart when the "house cart" broke down. This was our first stay in a beach house and to have the golf cart was truly a lifesaver. I think we are Beach House people for life now! Oh and the pool..WOW...perfect, just minutes away and so clean! Can't wait for our next beach vacay🎉

Great experience

Jake quickly responded to my last minute request for booking and any questions I had to assure me I was making a good decision. A year long VRBO reservation cancelled us and I found it comforting to find an owner that I trusted. He even verified the beach chairs available and replaced an umbrella with a cabana before we arrived to give us what we needed. My husband and I along with our daughter, spouse and their 3 children 8,6, and 4 found the house setup perfect for us. We even had a first floor bedroom that we didn’t need but was a backup for quick changes for the children. Outdoor shower in the backyard that entered by the laundry, and a clothes line in the backyard dried our suits and towels quickly. The pool table was popular, but the 6 seater golf cart was the children’s favorite. Any excuse to ride to the pool, go out for ice cream or a nearby dinner was met with enthusiasm. And that pool was a true treat, especially when we were encountering double red flag days of do not enter the beach water. We still went early to Grayson beach State park early and enjoyed non congested beach time, but also the lake there with the boards provided by the home owners. Read the book Steph created, so helpful and organized! Thanks

Awesome experience

Cute house with everything you need for a perfect stay

My family and I rented this property for a quick beach trip. It was perfect. Having the golfcart made getting to the beach and restaurants super easy. The pool is amazing as well. Really enjoyed having all the beach toys and pool table.

Excellent beach/pool vacation spot (w kids)

This was an excellent house for our family trip. We enjoyed being a short golf cart away from the pool, beach, and shops/restaurants. The pool is phenomenal with plenty of space to setup with a larger group for a day. Public beach access is just a quick ride down the street. The house is well equipped to make meals, relax and have ample quiet space for multi-family or kid trips. Check-in/check-out was simple and communication with property owner was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This home was perfect for our family vacation that included three generations. The home is close to many different beach access points and iconic 30-A attractions. Dune Allen beach access was not crowded and beautiful! We loved Shunk Gulley Oyster bar across from Ed Walline beach access. Short, easy drive to Seaside which our teenagers loved. The neighborhood pool was amazing! We loved everything about our stay at this home and would definitely stay again!

Great location for your family beach trip

Great spot during spring break for our family to experience 30a. Easy access to beach, pool and restaurants, without massive crowds. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations in their welcome book! Property worked well for our family of 4 - there are some basic maintenance items needing repair but nothing that disrupts one’s stay and enjoyment.

Spacious and beautiful home conveniently located!

This would be a great house for couples, a large family needing space or a girls weekend. The rooms are spacious and are spread out, providing privacy for everyone. The layout is great to where, you don't feel cramped or on top of each other. Jake was a great host and very accessible, was friendly and answered my questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this home and look forward to going back!

Quick trip before school starts

Absolutely amazing location. The golf cart came in really handy. We were able to enjoy easy beach access!!! As for the pool on property…WOW!!!!!!! Will definitely rent again.
