Beautiful single story open floor plan with 4 bedrooms 2 baths. Sleeps8gorgeous view of sunsets . Private pool and putting green! Close to all shops and golf courses! Spring training facilities all within half hour drive. Come enjoy Arizona at it’s finest! Three day minimum and two month maximum. If you are looking for the perfect place, look no further. Pool can be heated in winter for a $75 charge per day. Cleaning fee $150

Wonderful time was had by all. The location was perfect. Great amenities.
The house was perfect for our stay. Chip provided numerous amenities. It was very nice not having to rush out and purchase basic needs. Upon arrival we were able to relax by the pool. Location was perfect for getting around to the sites we wanted to see. Definitely we will be booking with Chip again.

Perfect
This property exceeded expectations. The home is so beautiful and clean, and is equipped with everything we needed. My friends and I really enjoyed the home and the backyard, which has a really nice pool. It's a great place to stay for a group golfing vacation.

Relaxing stay in Scottsdale
Chip’s home was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The heated pool and putting green were great fun, and the kitchen was well appointed for our cooking and baking needs. Bedrooms, dining and lounge areas all comfortable. Chip was so welcoming and responsive. We would recommend this home!

Great AZ Getaway!
We had a great time in AZ in part thanks to Chip and this wonderful house! We had our adult children and parents come stay with us and we all had a very comfortable stay, enjoying the large pool area, the spacious kitchen and nice rooms. Chip was a great host and we'll be back!
