Peaceful & Refreshing

Major problems getting into the townhouse. Your instructions are a mess. Once in we enjoyed the peace & quiet in a lovely neighborhood. Due to our age we were not able to enjoy the plunge pool. This townhouse really needs REFRESHING & with a little attention could be one of the best rentals.

Nice, clean and cozy home that’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s convenient to nearby attractions ...

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s was really spacious and clean. The heated pool was a plus. We would definitely book again for our next trip.

It’s could use some updating

My husband, kids, dogs, and myself stayed here for a few day for our Orlando vacation. Getting there was easy, but the guy at the gate was afraid to approach our car because of our dog (an 8 pound yorkie). The code we were given for the door was incorrect and it took 30 minutes on the phone to finally get the correct code. The house is mostly clean but the carpets need cleaning or replacing. There’s no ice machine or trays and no kitchen towels but there’s enough pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and coffee cups to get you through. We loved having the Keurig because that’s what we use at home. The fridge and freezer were very spacious and clean. The linens on the queen bed are very dated (late 90s) and could stand to be replaced. The bathroom downstairs has a frame for a glass shower door but has a curtain hung there instead. The television’s in every bedroom were very nice. The pool was nice and clean but the light was blown. It was very nice having the washing machine and dryer in the unit and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I had some groceries delivered here and it took less than an hour because Walmart is very close. Overall, we would book this place again.

Could use a good cleaning and little TLC to the house. Overall is in great location.

Roomy

This house is nice and roomy for a family. It needs some attention tho. Vertical blinds on patio door/slider needs fixing. If you’re looking for privacy you won’t get it. Master bedroom bed creaks and squeaks. Don’t move around you’ll surely wake whoever’s in the bed with you. Same goes for blinds in the bedroom they’re taped together. Dishwasher needs fixing as well. The living room dining area furniture all very nice. The decor is very nice and relaxing. There’s a nice walk path behind the pool area. It was quiet so I enjoyed relaxing outside at pool during the evening. Pool area needs attention as well, but it was still nice just to sit and relax poolside. All in all, it suited our needs for a few days.

Vacation

This is our 3rd stay at this home. The owner is very pleasant and responds right way to answer any questions! Plenty of space, very comfortable and a small private pool. Perfect fit for our family!

Good place as long as you don't have noisy neighbors

It was very big and in a nice location. The beds were so so. Having our own pool was really nice. The main problem here was that we had VERY NOISY NEIGHBORS for the entire week. I am talking loud, yelling and blaring music all times of the day and night. There were easily 20 people staying in this unit. We called the police and they could not do anything about it. So, maybe you will get lucky and not have these neighbors. We also called Vacasa. They could not do anything. We left a day early because of the noise. Besides the nonstop music and yelling, the place was great.

Comfortable home away from home

My family of 5 stayed in this property March 2021 spring break. We really enjoyed the property and would recommend it to anyone. The Windsor Palms resort is very well maintained and is in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals and Walmart is a few minutes away for groceries. The private pool is not a full size pool but we very much enjoyed it and did not even feel the need to use the clubhouse pool. My mother can not do stairs so the first floor bedroom and attached full bath was perfect for her. The unit is a corner unit and there is a public walking path that goes right past the screened pool area. But there is not many people using it..only the occasional friendly person walking past with their dog...its not a problem because you will hardly ever see anyone. We were there for 7 days and only saw 3 people and did not feel any lack of privacy while in the pool. Nothing bad to say about this rental.

Apparently we were the first to rent under Vacasa as Property Managers

The Good: It is close to the parks, but still far from the "noise". The townhome was large for us (3 + dog): 1 parking space, additional parking up the street, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom: one on the ground floor (queen) and two on the second floor (king and two twins), large fully stocked kitchen, round 5 person dinner table, sofa bed, and loveseat, A/C is great, all rooms have cable TV, first floor is tiled, all rooms/second floor are carpeted, 4 ft. deep lit pool, washer, drier, and WIFI. Our dog loved it, there is a large field/spillway at one end of property for him to run free. The Bad: I never got the email instructions on getting in the property. Vacasa doesn't respond to messages through Vrbo or replies from their text messages. The owner changed the router so Vacasa wasn't able to access the door lock remotely. The WIFI wasn't configured. The code Vacasa gave me over the phone didn't work. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours after calling Vacasa 4 times to finally get the local property manager to call me and give the actual door code. The inspector didn't catch that the property didn't have cleaning products, mop, or pool towels. The Ugly: The place needs some updating/maintenance. The pool pavers are uneven in some areas around the pool and can be a trip hazard. The pool skimmer has a hole in it. One of the burners on the range doesn't work. Oven light needs replacing. The bathroom shower on the first floor has the frame for glass sliding doors. It must have broken because rather than fixing the glass doors, the owner added a curtain rod and curtain. The child gate they provide is broken. We used it to prevent our dog from going upstairs. Dangerous if used for kids.
