The home is painted a beautiful alabaster white and redecorated almost every piece of furniture and artwork. The kitchen looks brand new with stylish and contemporary glass tile backsplash. All of the flooring in the condo has been replaced with a sleek and modern LVP, and they just completed a fantastic primary bathroom renovation. Stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and plenty of space to move around will help anyone channel their inner chef in no time. Feel free to use one of the three high-end commercial gas grills located by the pool. The open-concept floor plan combines the kitchen, the living room, and the dining area together, so you can easily be social with your family or friends. There's nothing better than kicking back and relaxing in the living area after a delicious lunch, right? The living area boasts comfortable seating near a large TV, creating the perfect spot to relax before heading out to the beach or over to the large, shared pool or small, heated pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
