Angelo apartment in Can Picafort for 6 people with private pool and close to the beach, ideal location in a quiet area and a few meters from everything you need. An ideal place to spend both summer and winter, you can enjoy a pleasant stay throughout the year.

Perfectly equipped apartment located on the top floor, with 3 spacious bedrooms equipped for your comfortable rest - two of which have direct access to the terrace. Next to the bedrooms there are 2 bathrooms. The apartment has a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen perfectly equipped for culinary moments. There's a large terrace with a table where you can enjoy outdoor meals in the best company overlooking the pool. In the outdoor area on the first floor there is a 9 m x 5 m pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can soak up the Mallorcan sun.

Highly recommended and very close to the beach

I can highly recommend Angelo as a host. They were very flexible as my parent arrived first, before normal check-in hours. The apartment was just perfect for us. Close to beach and restaurants. Angelo lives in the ground floor of the building, but you have the pool for yourselve, and we newer knew Angelo was there :-). I, my brother, my daughter and my parents enjoyed the stay very much. Would love to go again sometime. Br Thomas

Holidays with pool and next to the beach

The locations was within 10 minutes walk of beach, bars and local shops. Villa was spacious and very well equipped for what we all needed. Pool was a good size cleaned every night, only a Little chilly. Angelo the owner lives on site, we only saw him a couple of time. Always friendly. Nice welcoming gift waiting for us. Lovely . Check in and out was very quick and smooth. Would recommend this property.

Vacaciones en familia

Buenos días, hemos estado 10 días en familia, 3 adultos y 3 niños, la verdad que han sido de diez, la ubicación, la casa, la playa, toooodo volveremos a repetir seguro. Y al propietario otro 10. Lo único que mejoraría serían los somieres y los colchones, te hacen un ocho la espalda y suenan mucho cada vez que te mueves.

Fantastic experience, owners of the house very friendly and so kind. We were welcomed with bottle of champagne and tray of fruits. 3 large bedrooms, nice terrace for evening time and spotless clean swimming pool just for us.Very close to local beach and restaurants. Fully recommended. If we decide to go back there 100% I'll choose Angelo. Thank you so much for your accommodation ️

Es war herrlich dort zu übernachten. Zack waren wir am Strand und im Ort.. Alles um die Ecke! Mit Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse.

Kurzurlaub in Can Picafort

Wohnung und Pool waren in Ordnung. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr laut, obwohl das Haus in einem reinen Wohngebiet steht. Wie schon andere berichtet haben ist der vernachlässigte arme Hund von gegenüber ständig am bellen weil er nur alleine ist, dann oft kleine sehr laute Motorräder und Jugendliche die bis nachts um halb drei im Auto auf der Straße feiern. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Also für alle die es ruhig lieben ist das nichts.

Toller Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und einen super Pool. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, sodass kein Mietwagen benötigt wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wohnen mit im Haus. Den Klndern hat am besten das Sprungbrett am Pool gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist echt sehr schön, mit einem großen Balkon inklusive Esstisch und Lounge. Von dort aus kann man auch aufs Meer schauen. Der Strand ist fussläufig in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hier findet sich eine schöne Promenade mit zahlreichen leckeren Restaurants (zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „NusaDua Beach Club). Auch sind 2 Supermärkte zu Fuß in jeweils 10/15 min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen großen Pool mit Sprungbrett und 6 Liegen sowie weiteren Stühlen. Der Vermieter Angelo war sehr nett und Anreise sowie Abreise verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt traumhaft schön und ich kann die Wohnung wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte leider nicht so richtig, sodass ein ein Teil des Geschirrs immer schmutzig blieb.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, in einer ruhigen Gegend. Nur 3min zum Strand. Netter Vermieter und bei Ankunft würden wir in der Wohnung mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Es war alles sehr sauber und hat an nichts gefehlt.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Netter Empfang durch Besitzer Angelo, der das untere Stockwerk bewohnt. Wir reisten mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Auf der geräumiges Terrasse zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu schauen ist traumhaft. Wir genossen besonders die bequemen Lounge-Möbel.Auch die Küche ist perfekt: riesige Kühl/Gefriekombination, Spülmaschine, Mikrowellenherd, Toaster, Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen. Vorhanden war in der Wohnung: Riesiger Obstkorb, Wasser, Wein, Gebäck, Essig, Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker, Orangensaft, Milch, Bade-, Hand und Strandtücher !!, Strandmuschel, Strandspielzeug für Kinder, Beachball, Tabs für Spülmaschine, Geschirrtücher, Waschmittel,Seife, Bücher, Spiele, .....wir waren sehr überrascht ! In dieser Wohnung kann man sich nur wohlfühlen.Ein Grill ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist sofort im Zentrum oder am Strand. Hier ist das Restaurant/Eiscafe San Remo an der Ecke unten links am Strand sehr empfehlenswert. Leckeres Essen, Eis, Kaffee, Kuchen und super nette Kellner. Zum Einkaufen geht man am besten zum Mercadona ? an der Hauptstr. (Ortsende) Richtung Cala Rajada hinter der Tankstelle.Hier hat man mehr Auswahl als der nahegelegene Eroski. Am herrlichen Pool liegt man ganz bequem auf den Liegen. Das Auto kann vor der Haustüre an der Straße geparkt werden. Da war immer Platz. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Hier nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Angelo und seine Frau ! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei euch. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Rustikal-gemütliche Ferienwohnung im 1. OG eines gepflegten Zweifamilien-Wohnhauses in bester Lage von Can Picafort. Toller Strand nur 200 Meter entfernt. Absolutes Highlight ist die herrliche überdachte Terrasse - sie ist tatsächlich so gediegen, wie die Fotos es zeigen. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett 1,40 x 1,90, 1 Doppelbett 1,30 x 2,00, 2 Einzelbetten 1,10 x 2,00). Das hat uns besonders gefallen: - die schon erwähnte Terrasse (sogar das Meer ist zu sehen) - der voll funktionstüchtige, gepflegte Außenpool (geheizt) mit neuen, komfortablen Liegestühlen - die sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Grill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bügelbrett (!), WiFi kostenlos, TV mit allen deutschen Programmen - Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe über BEST FINCA - die optimale Infrastruktur: Einkauf, Restaurants, Strandpromenade, Radverleih, Busstop, Autovermietung - alles ist binnen fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat uns: - das Wohnhaus gegenüber wird von einem arg vernachlässigten Hund "bewacht". Manche Gebellorgien können bis zu zwei Stunden dauern und setzen gelegentlich gegen 6.00 Uhr morgens ein. Das kann schon nerven. - Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen doppelt verglasten Fenstern versehen, das dritte Schlafzimmer hat jedoch nur Einfachverglasung. Wer hier zu nächtigen gedenkt, sollte über einen gesegneten Schlaf verfügen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte FeWo in sehr guter Lage. Wir haben einen prima Juni-Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung verbracht.

luxe appartement

Wat een aangename verassing was de aankomst in het prachtige appartement! Aan alle basisbehoeftes was voorzien. Er stond een grote schaal met allerlei soorten fruit, er was water, wijn, bubbels maar ook olijfolie, peper en zout zelfs aan balsamico azijn was gedacht. Vaattabletten voor de vaatwasser en wasmiddel voor de wasmachine!! We hebben een heerlijke 10 dagen gehad. Lekker gezwommen in het mooie zwembad en in de zee die op ongeveer 200 meter afstand ligt! De slaapkamers zijn groot en er waren voldoende opbergmogelijkheden. Buiten op het grote balkon ( zo groot als een kleine tuin) stond een prachtige tuinset. Kortom een prachtig appartement voor een hele mooie prijs!! Niet twijfelen maar gewoon boeken!

Entspannte Ferien 2013

Gute Unterkunft in der wir uns allerdings fast nur zum Schlafen aufhielten. Die Ausstattung ist für einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Es ist sauber und für 4 Personen, die wir waren, gab es ausreichend Platz. Bis zum Strand läuft man einfach nur geradeaus ca. 200 Meter die Straße herunter. Schlüsselannahme und -abgabe klappten ohne Probleme. Wir verbrachten entspannte, unkomplizierte Ferien hier.

sehr angenehme Urlaubsatmosphäre!

ruhig, aber sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft; sehr komfortabel für sechs Personen ausgestattet, großzügige und bequeme Zimmer; geräumige Küche mit riesiger Kühl- Gefrierkombination und Geschirrspüler; schöne, gepflegte Bäder; großer, schattiger Balkon und tolle, sonnige Poolterrasse; insgesamt sehr angenehme Urlaubsatmosphäre!
