Perfectly Appointed!
We enjoyed our stay at The Barn and found the listing to be accurate and true to the property. It was a comfortable fit for 4 adults and our pup, more might be tight or just right depending on the group.This place was the perfect little tucked away spot for a relaxing weekend. Appreciated all the thoughtful touches that the host has done. We felt at home as soon as we arrived.Thanks for the amazing stay, we hope to visit again.

Really enjoyed our stay!
Great location, we walked to the beach daily! The house was clean and quiet, had all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Great stay!

Quiet space,
Location on a back lot that gave it a very quiet space. The cute little beach barn was very roomy inside and the bathrooms each had very nice showers. We enjoyed the trail walk that led to a big beach area.

Grayland Beach Stay
This is our 2nd time staying in the beautiful place. The description is spot on. The house is immaculate and the host is beyond responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back a 3rd time.

We loved our stay!
This is our second time staying at this lovely VRBO property, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The converted barn is spacious and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to avoid take-out. The hot tub is amazing, and the space is just a short walk to the beach. Thanks again--we will definitely be back!

Another great stay in grayland!
Our second time at this home and it didn’t disappoint!! Had an amazing time taking daily walks to the beach, biking in Westport, and dining at all the great spots nearby. Loved winding down in the hot tub. Beds are super comfy and decor is adorable. Big tv to enjoy as well. Heather is an amazing host! Will be back next summer!

Quiet, Cozy, Comfortable Beach Barn
Loved this beach house! Tucked back and quiet. This little barn house was very cute and quaint, well decorated and had every thing we needed. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Hot tub was a huge bonus, the hot tub faces the back of the property toward the trees and was very tranquil and relaxing. Looking forward to staying here again.

Weekend Getaway
The barn was absolutely amazing. Many necessities were provided for with even a map to the beach which take roughly 10 minutes. The barn is spacious, quaint, and was great for my girlfriend and myself. Would definitely recommend for small groups.

Great property, just as advertised. Comfortable, very clean. I would add a couple of lamps in the main room as it was either too bright overhead lights, or very dim. We brought candles which we like, ....... We would definitely recommend.

Short holiday getaway
Overall, this property looked exactly like the photos and did not disappoint. The owner/property manager was quick to get back to us when we had a problem with the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken and couldn't be fixed by the time we had to leave, which is the reason for the 3-star instead of 5-star review. However, the house is just a short walk away from a beautiful beach, so location wise, it is perfect.

Nice place.
The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It is stocked nicely for 4 people. More than that (except little kids) leaves you short on coffee cups and living room seating. I was thinking that the view was at least of the beach with the pictures posted. This house has no view. It is on the back of a property behind another house. However, if a view is not on your needs list the house is adorable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was definitely a bonus. The coffee machine is a Keurig and they did provide the coffee.

Beautiful Home
6 of us 4 adults and 2, 8 year old kids stayed for 3 nights. The house was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The showers are stand up only but enough room for a adult without feeling it was to small. The kitchen was fully stocked which we appreciated since we made a few meals there. We love that there is a washer and dryer so we could wash clothes and make sure we always had clean towels. The hot tub is definitely a wonderful bonus. The host Heather is beyond excellent at communicating with me. We have stayed in her other listing of the yellow house. Both homes are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful holiday getaway!
Our family of young kiddos and dogs absolutely loved our stay at the barn! We were greeted with a warm candle and a cuddly couch and a hot hot tub! Loved that it was covered. We went in twice a day! The barn is tucked away and private - only neighbors we saw were a family of dear. We enjoyed our short walk to the beach every day which was completely empty. Our dogs loved it! Heather’s house is complete with everything and so functional. A shower just outside the hot tub is perfect to rinse before and after the tub. We enjoyed playing Uno, drinking hot chocolate (provided in Heather’s decked out kitchen), and watching movies and football (she has cable — woohoo!). Heather responded to all questions within minutes and was a wonderful host. Will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!

More than I expected
This was the perfect getaway for my fiancé and I. I decided to spend Christmas here, the barn house was quiet and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare the food we brought with us. The hot tub was hot and ready for use. Everything was clean and well decorated. We had access to Wi-Fi, cable and Netflix to relax too. Heather communicated very well, even though we didn’t need anything. Check in was an ease and we will definitely be back.

Perfect for families w/ tweens!
Exceptionally clean and so darling, this barn is an ideal getaway for a family with older kids. A queen bed with high quality bedding for everyone, gigantic TV w/ all the tech to please hubby, attached/indoor hot tub to keep the big kids happy and certainly mamma too. Cute, creative craftsmanship all throughout, happy, beachy decor and nothing was skimped on. Extra pillows, towels, everything for throwing together dinner, even a couple basic spices! Clam guns and boogie boards too! It was clear this place was created and maintained with love. Communication & clear instructions are a 10/10. And of course, the ocean is just a short walk down a maintained neighborhood path. We cannot wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time at this property with our dogs! Heather was very fast to reply to a question and pleasant to work with. The property was even better than expected in person! The beach was a close walk and easy to find the path. We can’t wait to stay here again!
