Beautiful appointed studio with views over the bay, directly across the street from the white sandy beach of Bonita Springs. This studio offers a well equipped kitchen, incl. microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker. The dining area, living room and bedroom features comfortable furnishing incl. dining table with 4 chairs, a leather sleeper sofa and chair, flat screen TV and free WIFI. The bedroom offers a king sized bed with pillow top mattress and crisp white linens. Off the bedroom area is the renovated bathroom with tub/shower. The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.
You will enjoy beautiful views from your screen-in balcony over the bay and canal. The studio is located on the 7th floor in Bldg. 3 within a complex of 5 Building. The Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 swimming pools, 10 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Shuffle Board, Boccia and Grill area and is located minutes from shopping and fine dining.

Rest, rewind and relax

Great stay at this property. Everything was clean and well appointed which is very important to us. Easy walk across the street. A great beach getaway which is what my husband and I were looking for. Will stay again.

Steps from the beach

This condo was a great little find for my husband and me, it is tiny but it was all we needed. Nice comfy king-sized bed, walk-in closet for clothing storage, a nice sized bathroom, and kitchenette with a table with seating for four and a fridge that provides filtered water and ice (a big plus for us). We like to eat in for breakfast and lunch, so we ran to the grocery store and got what we needed for the week. The beach is a four or five-minute walk through the parking lot and across the street, there was an area that had pine trees on the edge of the property, providing much-needed shade for me. This trip was all about R & R for us and that is just what we did, sat on the beach all day and out to dinner in the evening. The host was available for my questions and was very helpful to me. We would definately book again.

Bonita springs condo

The Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis Resort was very nice. It was very easy to get to the beach and a few good restaurants were within walking distance. The place was very clean and the other guests/ residents were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Third time at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club. We love the location because it's so easy to get to the beach. This unit was comfortable and as we expected. Easy check in.

Great facility

The condo was just as described and the resort has everything you could want. We played a lot of pickle ball, the pools were nice and clean. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the people around the complex were so friendly. Definitely will be back.

Great area very chill and nice people around. For sure would book again just make sure you have a way to get around since most stores are closer by vehicle. Was able to use Uber and uber eats and delivery for the most part. Loved that there was two pools to choose from. Condo was very nice and had things we didn’t even think about like chairs and an umbrella for the beach which came in really handy so you don’t have to pay for the ones offered across the street. Had no issues with getting keys every thing was simple and easy and owner was very helpful with any questions I had.

Perfect Vacation

The owner was very responsive to any questions prior to our vacation. The staff on site were very helpful and friendly. We did not rent a vehicle for the week and relied on Uber, Uber Eats, and Instacart. Only a 4-5 min. walk to the beach, hard to beat this location. From the provided beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and Kuerig for the morning coffee this was the most perferct vacation.

Perfect Stay!

The studio was super nice and the kitchen was updated. It had amenities that were not listed. It was within walking distance of the beach,, which was great! Next trip, we will not need to rent a vehicle. We really enjoyed that beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler were in the room. We really enjoyed the grills located throughout the property. The check in process was quick and efficient. The property let us keep.our parking pass until 5pm, even though check out was at 10am. Overall a really nice experience and will definitely return to this location. Thank you for everything!!

Bonita springs condo

This was a perfect location for our vacation. Just a short walk to the beach and it’s not overly crowded. The condo was clean with a great view from the 7th floor. Tennis is available but we did not make use of that. Beach chairs and umbrella in the unit plus a cooler. Bring your own shampoo and coffee, would have been nice to have that available upon arrival. Wonderful week
