Magnifique logement et super bien situé

Excellente accueil avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue à l arrivée , la maison est vraiment tout confort, bien équipée . On se croirait chez soi. Elle dispose de deux terrasses super sympa pour prendre le repas en extérieur pendant les beaux jours. Nous avons loué chez Marianne pour faire une halte au Futuroscope, qui se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture. Pour aller au centre de Poitiers, pas la peine de prendre la voiture. Le centre se trouve à 1,5 km. Le logement était super. Marianne est très réactive et d une très grande gentillesse . Nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants de 10 et 17 ans . Que dire à part que nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Continuez comme cela Sylvie & Romuald

Maisonnette très fonctionnelle dans secteur calme

Pour notre première fois dans le coin cette maisonnette était idéale non loin du Futuroscope, décorée avec goût, propriétaire très sympathique. Mes deux enfants ont été conquis par les deux terrasses. A refaire

Séjour très agréable

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, dans un quartier calme, et Marianne très accueillante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

La maisonnette est très propre et bien placée, avec une place de parking indispensable à Poitiers. Elle est bien située pour se rendre au Futuroscope. Nous sommes allés au centre de Poitiers à pieds (15 min). Marianne est très sympathique et accueillante. Nous recommandons cette jolie location. Sandrine et Christophe

Fonctionnel

Location fonctionnelle à proximité du futuroscope. La maison est plus grande en vrai que ce que laisse deviner les photos. Proprio dispo et bien organisée avec ses vidéo explicatives.

Calme et intimiste

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement tout équipé. Une proximité immédiate avec le centre ville tout en étant dans un endroit intimiste et calme. Aucun problème pour le stationnement avec les 2 places devant le logement. Les 2 terrasses n'ont aucun vis à vis ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande sans hésitation. De plus Marianne est très sympa et arrangeante. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Maison cosy, toute équipée et très bien située !

La maison est propre, très cosy et décorée avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le poêle à bois et la cuisine tout équipée ! La maison est très bien située dans une ruelle au calme avec deux emplacements voiture en face de la maison. Pas besoin de tourner pendant des heures pour trouver une place, quel luxe ! Les transports en commun sont accessibles à l'entrée de la rue, un bus vous emmènera à la gare de Poitiers en moins de 10 min ! Marianne la propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillante et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons vivement le logement de Marianne. Au plaisir d'une prochaine visite !
