From the parking deck, you'll walk straight into the first floor and down the hall to arrive at the door of this 1800 sq. ft. condo that will be the perfect home away from home for your next beach trip – no need to wait on elevators! When you enter the living area, you'll be met with an upscale kitchen, wet bar, and a roomy open floor plan!
The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and enough cabinet space to store any snacks and all the ingredients you'll need for delicious meals to share with the group. A regular drip-style coffee maker and Keurig are provided. The dining area seats 8 at the table, 2 more at the modern glass bar, and has a convenient wet bar for mixing up refreshing drinks. The living room features a large sectional and armchair so the entire group can lounge around in the afternoons! Walk outside to the large patio to enjoy the evening's views as you discuss the unforgettable memories created each day.
When your eyes grow tired, take your pick between one of the three bedrooms, each with direct access to a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, large floor to ceiling windows with glass doors that lead to the patio, and a private bathroom with an over-sized shower, jetted tub, and two vanities. The Bella Luna complex features several resort style amenities including outdoor pools and hot tubs, a barbecue area with grills, and a private boardwalk across the road to access the beach. Inside, you'll find a salt water pool, more hot tubs, a fitness room, sauna, and a steam room! On top of the complex amenities, you are walking distance from the Flora-Bama! With a grill restaurant, lounge, bar, marina, water sports, and a liquor store – you'll have plenty to do without ever having to drive!

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
