The Alexander House 1887 Farmhouse in North Creek!

The Alexander House is a charming 1887 farmhouse walking distance to North Creek, NY at the base of Gore Mountain. The property is in the heart of the Adirondacks and serves as a gateway to all that wonderful area has to offer!

We just renovated our two bathrooms. They are all brand new and have heated floors for the winter!

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Sleeps 8

Hudson River access across the street. 5 mins from Gore Mountain, 3 mins from North Creek Ski Bowl. 30 mins to Lake George. 20 mins to Loon Lake. Hiking, Skiing, Mountain biking, Kayaking, Fishing, and lots more!

This is a great house for skiing Gore mountain, Fall Foliage hiking, and doing outdoor activities in the Adirondacks!

The Alexander House has a full kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked! There is a washing machine and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience. BBQ grill with propane. Outdoor fire pit with wood provided.

Ski Wedding

Friends got married by Gore Mtn and this was perfect location. Roomy clean and near everything ski. Will be back for hiking in summer.

Pleasant home

Nice location, 5 min from Gore ski resort. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, family friendly town. Warm house with heated floors in the bathroom. Very clean overall.

Lovely little getaway

The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we even had a welcome s’mores kit from the homeowners, which was great. Beds were comfy, and the fireplace was lovely to use on the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time in North Creek. The house was a quick walk into the village. Chris and Christen were great hosts. Beds were great, house was warm. All-in-all a fantastic weekend!

The house was great! Nicely decorated, big and spacious, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again!

Everything you need

Beautiful house with lots of space and properly stocked with everything needed (plenty of towels, dishes, pans, etc.)to make it a great base for a short or long trip. Very clean and well kept. Communication with the hosts was easy and very pleasant. We stayed for a rafting trip but it would be great in the winter for skiing also.

Great ski house

Perfect spot for 3 days of skiing. 5 minutes to the mountain, walk into town...if it's not too cold. Everything in house was well done down to the nice wine glasses. We'll be back!

We love the Adirondacks and the outdoor activities in North Creek. In the winter we love skiing and tubing. In the spring we love rafting and in the summer we love kayaking and mountain biking. In the fall we love to hike and have fires outside.

This house is on 3/4 acre of land with lots to do all around. Plenty of parking. Lots of fire wood to keep you warm outside!
