LOCATION:
The Seaview Condominiums building is located right on the beach, in the heart of Rockaway and within walking distance of shops and dining. You can park your vehicle and never need to drive during your stay- unless you want to visit the neighboring communities and sights along the Oregon coast. (Please note that parking is available for up to three vehicles and there is no parking for boats, trailers or RV's). There is no EV charging available on the property (no outlets in the parking garage and no extensions cords may be dropped from the balconies) but there is parking across the street.
UNIT FEATURES:
Seaview403 is on the 4th (top) floor boasting panoramic views - truly the best view in Rockaway Beach. The unit is approximately 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a balcony overlooking the wayside. The building has an elevator and two interior stairwells with secure entry.
NEED TO WORK FROM HOME?
There is a desk in the living room - overlooking the ocean-and a monitor that you can connect your laptop to for dual screens! We recently upgraded to "up to 400gb" internet speed and provide a long ethernet cable so you can plug into the router directly if needed.
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room OR twin-sized cottage cots with memory foam mattresses that can be set up in bedrooms or living room.
AMENITIES:
This home has a nicely appointed kitchen which was recently remodeled with new quartz countertops and updated cabinetry and hardware. The refrigerator/freezer has a water and ice dispenser. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven/stove, as well as a toaster, electric griddle, coffee maker (both Keurig and drip), blender, hand mixer, pots & pans, bowls, cookie sheets, baking dishes and common cooking utensils are also provided.
SUPPLIES INCLUDED:
Your reservation includes linens and towels (please bring your own beach towels), laundry and dish soap, a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and a few K-cups to get your first morning started.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer in the unit.
(check-out requires that you start a load of towels, please)
NO BBQ: Please not there is not a BBQ (prohibited by the building association).
ELECTRONICS: SmartTVs, Amazon Prime, Hulu Live TV
Please note that TV viewing is internet/app dependent through Hulu Live TV. We also provide access to Amazon Prime Video. You are welcome to plug in your own streaming device for easier use, or log into Netflix or other streaming apps.
Amazon Prime Music is available on the Alexa device in the main living area. There is also a bluetooth speaker that you can connect your own devices to.
(If you don't like Alexa- you can turn it off/unplug it, but be sure to plug it back in and turn it on at check-out).
ACTIVITIES:
The TV cabinet houses a variety of games and puzzles and there is a small library of books and DVD's for your entertainment.
BEACH ACCESS:
Although Seaview is on the beach, it is recommended that you walk to the Wayside for beach access. Please note that beach towels and other beach related items are not provided. Please take care to keep all sand outside.
NO PETS:
This home is not animal friendly. Please leave all pets at home or make other arrangements for them.
NO-SMOKING:
The building is non-smoking. There is no smoking permitted within the building property, including on the balconies or in the parking garage.
FIREPLACE:
** Our fireplace is currently out of order and cannot be used **
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please follow the Good Neighbor rules so as to not disturb the owners in neighboring units beside or below. This includes minding the volume of the soundbar and subwoofer.
CHECK IN / OUT: Check-out is 11 am.

NOTE: For your protection and ours, the landing outside unit 403 (the EXTERIOR of the front door) is under 24-HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE by Ring. Signs are posted and the camera is easily identifiable. No indoor/private areas are monitored at any time.
