Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Trimper's or Jolly Roger's Rides, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

Great vacation.

My family and I had a great vacation staying here. The house was clean and the hosts made it easy to stay connected with for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here and will book again if I travel to ocean city in the future.

Great location

We spent our anniversary/nye weekend here and had a wonderful time! Communication with the property owner was excellent! We usually stay at the north end of ocmd but decided to be closer to the boardwalk and downtown this time. It was a great decision since we enjoyed our walks on the boardwalk and around town! The beach view was beautiful and fantastic for NYE fireworks too!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property! Behind a side facing unit we did not hear any noise from boardwalk. Perfect location and comfortable beds! My only recommendation is to bring your own towels if your with a group, we had the bare minimum with no washcloths. Was not a huge deal to us as we made it work. We loved the place and would stay again!!

We were all in need of a break and this location was perfect for everyone that was going with us! The united is located perfectly for all of the attractions for the kids and relaxation for the adults. Only time we had to drive somewhere was for site seeing and groceries. I would recommend this unit for any medium sized family.

Do not stay here unless you want to be charged to replace their OLD items

Do not stay this rental unless you want to be charged for aged broken items that you are not responsible for. The furniture is falling apart, the place was filthy and aged. They are now charging me to replace an old television with a line through it which they are saying is due to my family causing it which is NOT true and I will be disputing. It is incredibly sad to charge a family for items which you are too cheap to replace yourself through years of use and pin it on an unsuspecting customer. My children are babies. No one caused damaged to a television mounted on a wall. Very disappointing.

Summer Family getaway

It is an amazing place bathroom was a little unclean just where they didn’t do a thorough cleaning. Everything was great washer n dryer on site in room, I’m a little upset how tight the parking spaces are damaged my new car. Still had a great time. We will be back I will park in parking lot.

Great location

This condo was situated in a perfect location of the boardwalk. The condo kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer made it even more accommodating through the stay for a large family of 9 that included 3 small children. It was very secure and the gated parking garage was certainly a plus. We only had one hiccup that included a non working TV in the main living space. The only way to have the children watch a movie before bed was to use our laptop. Just a couple of updates in the equipment would help the next family. All in All I would def return.

Great Rental and Host!

This has an amazing location on the boardwalk all the way downtown near the Ferris Wheel. Great oceanfront views and boardwalk access. Spacious and well appointed, and the rental included the linens package at no extra cost. Rental included two covered indoor parking spaces which were nice. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

Great location & views

This location is great if you want to be near the boardwalk and all the fun associated with it. Unfortunately we were affected by hurricane Ian and our first few days were a bust as we were stuck indoors. This unit has tons of potential but was somewhat dated. Beds were comfortable but living room and dining room furniture not so much. Floors were very gritty from sand but probably because unit is literally steps from the beach. Just plan to wear socks and you’ll be fine. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season so we were unable to use it but that was probably due to the storm. Would most likely rent again in spite of the furniture and the floors because we love Belmont Towers and because linens were included so we didn’t have to tote them across country from CA. Thank the host for their hospitality.

4TH OF JULY

We were delighted at the perfect location for the fireworks on July 5th! I was not aware of this until we saw the set-up being done that morning, Everyone on staff in garage and building were pleasant and helpful. We parked in the garage and never moved the car till we left. The condo was stocked with what we needed and we enjoyed seeing the sunrise and sunset on the balcony. It was a new experience for us being right on the boardwalk. Thank you.

The property best feature was its location . The rooms themselves were very spacious. Only commits were, it could have been cleaner and the furniture needs major updating. Dingy couch and chairs. Overall I’d still recommend this place.

Great location/ amazing view/ nice condo but some maintenance issues

The biggest concern we had was "the dirty floors". Our feet were black the first night so had to wear our shoes thereafter. We would have mopped but there wasn't one to use. Everything else was very clean. There wasn't enough toilet paper or garbage bags (not a big issue), two broken bunk bed frames and trundle wouldn't open and spindles were not screwed in properly. I would recommend an update of furniture as was not very comfortable. Other than that was perfect for my daughter's bachelorette!

I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
