The main house is approx. 3,100sf with a beautiful open floor plan, 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites), 3 bathrooms, on a large lot with fenced and heated diving pool, gorgeous hot tub and a large backyard play area for the kids! REMODELED IN 2020 with new stainless steel appliances, two large refrigerators, wine refrigerator, double ovens, quartz countertops, wood-look flooring, game room with pool table, dining room with large expandable dining table, fenced and heated pool, 50-jet hot tub and so much more! Home sits on a luxurious Scottsdale estate in the prestigious Sunrise Estates neighborhood.

**Guest House/Addition: Prices quoted DO NOT include the OPTION to utilize the attached addition. If this space is desired to be utilized please contact host to have an additional fee added to the reservation. This additional space includes ~1,200sf of beautiful living space including an additional bedroom / 1.5 bath, office area, a fully-equipped additional kitchen, family room, laundry and separate enclosed back yard with travertine patio, gas grill, umbrella, comfortable patio seating including loungers, artificial turf and putting green. This completely separated living area is connected to the main home through a set of double doors (kept locked unless utilized with main house) that lead to a closet/buffer room (also usually kept locked) that offers sound protection and complete privacy or can be opened to the main part of the home upon agreement. Lots of space and well equipped home

Missed the part about the addition being an additional rental charge so the house is really only 4 bedrooms unless you pay for the 5th bedroom in the addition. But the house is in a great neighborhood, and is well appointed- lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff you would need etc. Outside furniture could use a refresh!

Absolutely the best!

There is not much to say besides this was an amazing and the best stay I (and the group of co workers) have had! The house was perfect. Clean, location, pool, amenities…completely unmatched. The owners are extremely nice and so very communicative. They would check in and made our stay beyond great. Hard to think of anything that could have been even slightly better. Great location. Easy to get too, plenty of things around the area…could not be more happy with everything. Highly recommend this place more than anything. Great backyard too! The hosts took our stay to another level in friendliness and accommodations. Felt like home, thank you!Nothint but the highest remarks.

Golf trip

Place was great! Host was even better. Great communication and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. Great location with a big back yard very clean and roomy. We will definitely try and stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect Home for Family Getaway

This house is perfect for Family Getaways , or a couples getaway. We came into town for a family wedding , had our adult sons & significant others stay with us . We were able to enjoy the pool on our down time , the kitchen is large and spacious for cooking , tons of room for beverages and groceries.. location was perfect we were 10- 15 minutes away from anywhere we needed to be for the wedding but aside from that the location is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping!! Hosts were helpful , we loved our time there !

We had a good stay!

We had a good stay in Arizona. The owners were just wonderful, super responsive and communicative. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was great. A few things you may want to know, that weren't up to our standards nor communicated to us:1. Location to street noise. The house is situated on a corner lot right off of Hayden Road (which can be quite noisy/busy). 2. We did have to put the pool cover on and off the pool, which isnt a horrible thing to trap in the heat (and provide a better experience). 3. The biggest "little things" were inside and outside. While the kitchen and entertaining spaces were wonderful (our girls loved the pool table), there were a few things that were pretty bothersome, at the price point we paid. - The back slider door did not lock, so it required us to pick up a piece of wood and prevent it from being opened. - The master bedroom mattress was VERY firm and VERY squeaky. I would highly suggest that get swapped out. This prevented us from having a good night sleep throughout our visit, which was a bummer. - The hot water would run out pretty fast, so we had several cold showers. - Just a heads up, the garage is very low (height wise). Our van barely made it in to the garage, but a Tahoe or Suburban would never have fit. Just as a heads up to car renters out there. - The pool furniture was deteriorating. Just needs replacement.- The living room recliners didnt turn on and the furniture was just needing some updating.

Splendid Home

We enjoyed 7 weeks at this really lovely, very spacious home. The owners were very available and accommodating. Can’t beat the location for proximity to great restaurants. We tried to enjoy a different one at least once each day and were never disappointed. When you choose to prepare food in (which we did on only a few occasions—awesome leftovers always available in the freezer from all of those restaurants), there seemed to be every possibly needed utensil/piece of cookware available, and then some. The hosts go above and beyond in all regards. Highly recommend.

Great rental property.

This home had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Every detail (from the condiments in the kitchen to the numerous games/puzzles in the hall closet) was provided. We had a wonderful time.

Great house and location!

We stayed for 6 weeks and had 4 children under the age of 5 for half of the time we were there. The house is spacious, well stocked and was a safe place for children. The pool and outside yard were where we spent most of our time and we always felt safe. The neighborhood was quiet and proximity to everything we needed was a plus. Our hosts were responsive and kind throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great Stay!

My husband and I went to Scottsdale with our two small dogs and this place could not have been more perfect. Very pretty decor inside and the kitchen was well stocked. Matt and Julie were great and very quick to reply if we had a question. There was a plumbing issue (on Super Bowl Sunday no less!) and they had it resolved within an hour! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Scottsdale retreat

Wonderful thanksgiving week stay at this great property. Communication with property owner was second to none. She was so attentive and caring it made the process perfect. Patio and yard are amazing. Putting green, hot tub grill it had it all. This place had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

This was a great place for our group. Nice inside and out, great experience as well. Busy street right behind the house but it wasn’t ever an issue. Neighborhood was beautiful. Great view from the front. Pool and hot tub very nice. Overall pleasure.

Perfect Get away

The house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room to put your clothes. The kitchen was outstanding and we loved having to refrigerators. The outdoor space was perfect. You could be in the sun or in the shade. Great lighting at night for card and board games. I would recommend this property for sure.

Great property. Centrally located to great restaurants, shopping and bike paths.

This house was clean, nice and loaded with everything we needed to make our family vacation very enjoyable. Pool and hot tub were used daily, played pool every night and biked from the house everyday to great bike paths that go all over the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Highly recommend this house.

We had a very nice stay at Julie and Matt’s home. It is very spacious both inside and outside and was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. Julie was extremely responsive every time I contacted her. I would highly recommend staying here - especially if you have a large family/group!

Covid getaway

We loved this property. Our family spend two weeks in the home to get away from Chicago. The location was central to everything we did from restaurants to outdoor activities.
