This was the best rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house was the perfect size for me, my girlfriend, my buddy and his. Very clean and spacious enough where you’re not just stuck in your room, as the living room is set up very cute and comfy. Rhonda is the sweetest lady and was super hospitable, helped cater to all of our needs, and resolved any minor issues there may have been, for instance fixing the shower handle after Alexa used her hulk strength to accidentally jam it. She was a delight and I’m so grateful we chose this spot! I’ll def be coming back around this time next year, the house was in a nice safe neighborhood, and it’s a perfect distance away from Broadway St, as it’s just far enough to not feel cramped downtown, but close enough for an affordable uber (or driver, as Rhonda provides contact to one) that allows you to site see while you’re heading over to where the action is. Thank you Rhonda for letting us stay at your spot, and we look forward to doing it again!Grateful,Mayan, Seth, Alexa, & Skyla

Needs work
Situated in a great neighborhood but this property appears very sketchy from outside. Inside is clean but so outdated and needs so much work the feel is scary vs comfortable. It's sad because it has much potential. I had hoped to rent this again as it is convenient to family. I will not only not rent again / I would not recommend it to anyone.
Host was very good and easy to work with. Interior of home was small but clean. Exterior needs some attention, especially as that is the first impression and we all got nervous.
Great neighborhood. House was cute inside. Beds were comfortable. A few things brand new (frig) and a few things a little dated (mirror in bathroom). The outside was not groomed, but we did not plan on being in the yard so that was okay. We could easily, and safely, walk to our seminar location.would stay again.
Located in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Communication with property manager was easy and she gets back quickly with any questions we had.
Owner very nice. Home is clean but truly basic. No trendy or fancy decor. It could use a charm transfusion. Towels were great and beds comfortable. Outside needs major cleanup/yard maintenance. A bit disappointing compared to the many other vrbo properties where we have stayed.
A cute little place, affordable, and in a good neighborhood

Room for Improvement
My husband & I stayed here while visiting Nashville for the weekend. It was more than sufficient for our needs, but a few things stood out. I'm used to getting check-in info mid morning usually for any properties we've stayed at in the past, however I had to reach out to the host around 2:30pm to request it, when check-in is at 3pm.
On another note since this is a duplex, you're sharing a single lane drive with the owner/ other half. Since it was just my husband and I it was fine however, if we'd had other people with us someone's car would have been blocked in at all times. Also, you enter off the back deck, which in itself is ok, but the way the storm door opens, it forces you to step to the side where there is no railing and it's a 1-2 foot drop off so it makes for some maneuvering. The deck itself could use some improvements (steps that felt like they would give out, additional lighting).
Overall we had a nice stay, but the property could use some improvements.
Great location ! We were 5 min from our event. The owner was there to greet me, she was next door. Easy process to get in and get out. Very safe neighborhood in Nashville
Rhonda was so nice to deal with. We had to change our dates, which was no trouble at all. Whenever we left the house I put our destination in the map app and we were never more than 8 minutes from where we wanted to go. Close to Vanderbilt U., Belmont U., Music Row, easy shot into downtown. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Streaming tv, strong wifi. Will definitely check with Rhonda again if we make another trip to Nashville.
Rhonda is a great host. We were in town to visit our son, and this location was perfectly convenient to his apartment. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds comfy, and the living room cozy & comfortable. The only thing that I missed was coffee. I think that was just an oversight, as there were filters and creamer there.
The property was clean and had the basics needed. We really only needed to sleep and shower here, so it met those needs. The porch in the back that needs to be used to enter the property, had a broken step and there is no railing near the door entry, which made it a little challenging to get in while carrying our bags. Other than that, this was a great stay. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and seemed like a very safe area.
We had a great stay at Rhonda’s place! She was there when we arrived to let us in and give us all we needed to know. The house was very clean and perfect for us. Two bedrooms which were great for us two couples that stayed. Rooms were nice and had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. Living area and kitchen are not huge, but we’re still plenty for what we needed. In a very nice neighborhood and felt very safe. Would definitely use again and recommend for others!
Great place for our family for a weekend in Nashville. Lovely quiet neighborhood and Rhonda was very responsive. Just a short Uber drive to everywhere we wanted to go.
