About this property

In the heart of one of the most beautiful village of the Petite Camargue, our house built in 1750, was the old sheepfold of the village's historical castle.
Typical French southern house of 2369 sqft with stoned walls. Our house has 5 bedrooms including 3 rooms with private bathrooms.
There 2 patios: one at the front perfect for sunbathing (where the pool is) and one at the back under the shade ideal for lunches and diners during hot summer days.
The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, high speed Internet (Fibre), AC, baby bed, high chair, Apple TV & 1 TV.

The pool will be perfect for hot summer days and for an aperitif feet in the water (size 2,65m x 3,15m)

Bed linen is not included but there is a possibility to rent some (external service) for 12€ (2 pillow cases, one fitted sheet and one sheet).
Please book upon arrival.

Towels are not included but there is a possibility to rent some (external service) for 8€ (set of a small and a big towel).

Maison d'exception !

Un très bon séjour dans une maison magnifique et bien située. Au cœur d'un village typique du sud et à seulement une trentaine de minutes de la méditerranée. Nous n'avons pas grand chose à déplorer si ce n'est des literies à revoir pour un meilleur confort ou encore quelques chaises à changer. Nous étions 8 amis d'une cinquantaine d'années et sommes unanimes pour dire que c'est une maison d'exception.

Vieille demeure restée dans son jus mais pleine de charme. Propriétaires très sympa et à l'écoute.

Cette vielle maison a beaucoup de cachet, est très agréable à vivre, pleine de charme et est située dans un petit village à courte distance de nombreux sites touristiques et de la mer. La (très petite) piscine est bien agréable en fin d'après-midi pour se relaxer et prendre un bon apéro les pieds dans l'eau. La maison donne sur une petite place calme et sans traffic. Elle est bien aménagée, rien ne manque et les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et disponibles. Deux terrasses aménagées de chaque côté de la maison permettent de profiter de moment paisibles. Deux problèmes toutefois à signaler: L'internet n'est pas optimum (loin sans faut) et le sol à de nombreuses fausses marches à tous les étages, donc très handicapant/dangereux pour les personnes agées. Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette résidence. Famille Thomazeau

A lovely location and a beautiful house

We searched and searched to find this literal gem of house to cater for the 8 family members in our party. The small team looking after the house were great, helpful and attentive. The addition of the plunge pool is fantastic. The air conditioning was a welcome touch with temperatures averaging 35 degrees Celsius! Village amenities are good, a few local shops and a cafe bar a very short walk up the lane. A fantastic tapas restaurant catered for our party wonderfully, the Vin and Tapas rocked! Aubais is charming, fun Thursday parties through July and August. Great beaches (Private and Public) within 30 minutes drive, large shops and a larger historical town within 10 minutes by car. Peaceful, relaxing and charming!! Thank you For sharing your lovely home with us! Good luck, we highly recommend this stay!

Week end en famille

Cette propriété en pierre avec beaucoup de cachet. Bien équipée avec de jolies et spacieuse suites parentales. Un exterieur bien aménagé piscine et terrasses... au coeur d'un village camarguais atypique nous a permis de feter l'anniversaire de mon mari dans des conditions idylliques.
