Great Rental

My family had a wonderful stay at Hidden Cove. The house was perfect and very cozy. I Loved the outside and location to my family in Bradenton and Sarasota. Our host Steve was great! He was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely keep this rental on the top of list for return visits with my family. Thank you Steve!

2023 Getaway

Very quiet and your own oasis. There were six adults and a one year old. The master bedroom was super spacious with the office part that we were able to use it as a separate room for our sons pack and play. We spent most of our time out on the enclosed back porch where we all fit best. The cottage was well stocked with necessities such as spices, toiletries, paper products, and trash bags. We were in town for an event at The Freedom Factory and had a large car trailer towing two cars. We had ample parking and it was an easy in and out.

Thanksgiving 2023

This is the second year we've come to Florida to celebrate with family. The location is within walking distance to where we need to be. Views are breathtaking. Property is well maintained and secure. It's definitely a place we'd visit again.

Perfect birthday celebration

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at the cottage. The backyard and screen porch was perfect for our gathering. The lake was spectacular! The cottage had comfortable beds and plenty of parking spaces for our 10 guests. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve food. Anna Maria Island is 30 minutes away. Many groceries stores and restaurants are close by. The property’s location is quiet and beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic!

This property is fabulous! Beautiful inside and out, and incredibly clean. The owner was super fast in replying to any questions we had, and VERY good at communicating about things that were going on around the property. It’s close to gas/grocery, but is a private oasis for your group. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Great Place, Convenient Location

It was nice having a place with plenty of space rather than a typical condo. Lots of room for my boat and trailer. I was really pleased when my wife kept telling me how much she liked the place. I always look for a place that has a nice sunset view as we like to sit out and have a drink in the late afternoon and evening, and this place definitely has it. The "lanai" (screened in porch) was very cool, and the location was convenient to the surrounding area.

Very supportive

Property owner was very helpful, delivering a new grill and putting up a Christmas tree for my grandkids to enjoy. Despite weather and travel challenges we were able to enjoy the cottage.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I traveled to Bradenton for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home did not disappoint! Everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything that I needed (and more) to pull off a full Thanksgiving meal. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the back lanai was spectacular and the property itself was a park-like setting. It was private and peaceful. I just loved everything about it. We will stay here again on our next trip to visit our Floridian family members. Thank you so much to Steven! You are a 5 star host!

Beautiful gated property with a lake view

The home was located on a large well manicured property bordering a beautiful lake. There are four homes on this property and the one we stayed in, Hidden Cove #1 is beautiful. Everything was sanitized and clean. The space has large windows and a large screened-in lanai that views the lake. There is also an outdoor patio with a fire pit and a barbecue area. There is plenty of room and seating with well thought-out accommodations for comfort and additional items in case your forgot a few necessities. A welcome gift basket and pantry items to get you settled was appreciated. The host was easy to communicate with and the stay was seamless. I would highly recommend this property if you like a private and secured stay with a beautiful view and all the amenities of a home.

Lovely outdoor space, great location

This property had everything we needed for our 5 week vacation with lots of extras. The spices, laundry soap, extra paper towels, foil and many more were all unexpected and so appreciated. The house had ample space for 2 couples and an extra friend at times. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels. But the screened in porch with lovely view of the lake was by far our favorite place to be and where we spent most of our time. Check in and out we're a breeze and communication with Steve couldn't have been easier. Lots to do in the area. Easy access to I-75. Jiggs Landing within walking distance was a nice place to grab a beer and listen to live local music. Did I mention this place is great? Rent it already!

This property was amazingly home. I felt safe with the gate and the security of the home. This was my first VRBO booking and we all enjoyed it! We could not have asked for a better rental property. Access to all the beaches and relatively close to an awesome putt putt course!!

The property was beautiful the access was perfect the home had nice space for everyone to enjoy

I would definitely recommend friends and family to this home when we are traveling as this was perfect for our entire family that has relocated here to Bradenton Florida the experience was perfect this is my first time on VRBO and I would definitely recommend. The Smiths were great host and was there promptly on every need and when notify us if anything needed to be done at the property or if there was going to be annoyed that the property I felt like we were treated like royalty I like to thank the Smiths for everything and I would definitely recommend their home again.
