The apartment includes: an entrance serving a living room / lounge (with a 140x190 sofa bed and a TV) opening onto a balcony with a nice little sea and marina view, a kitchen area (with a refrigerator, 2 hotplates, a mini oven, a microwave oven), a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed and a cupboard / wardrobe), a bathroom with WC. A private parking space in the residence. Pets are accepted in this rental.
