*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
