Updated throughout! This house is situated facing Magnolia Lake Canal in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. With it's tranquil scenery, yet proximity to South Gate and the many amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer, this property is a great find!!

Items To Note:

This rental does NOT include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

House Rules:

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.

No smoking in the house.

No pets allowed.

This property is equipped with video surveillance underneath, in the parking area. Tampering with this equipment is grounds for immediate eviction.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Short family vacation
I loved this house and so glad I didn’t have to do a week minimum. We were able to come for a few days before school started back. House was perfect for a small family and we had a blast.

I would like to give them a 5 star but can only do 4. It was superb and in a quiet neighborhood. They allotted us 3 parking passes but was only room for 2 vehicles because they left a limo golf cart in the 3rd spot and didn’t even give us the opportunity to rent it from them. It would’ve been a perfect fit since my parents came with my husband and 2 infants.

We loved the beach house. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The weather was not as nice as we hoped but the place made up for that, it was one of the most relaxing tris we have taken. I would recommend this house to anyone, you will love it!

Perfect paradise
Large home sitting on the creek with swings is perfect for a get-a-way! The home is neatly decorated and spacious. I enjoyed reading a book outside on the lower deck; it was so peaceful. I will rent this home again.

The place was just as pictured. Nice being on the water. Beds were comfortable. It wasn’t very clean though. Hair and dirty bed coverings grossed me out. Floors and baseboards were not clean. The laundry area smells too.

Week Getaway
What a great house to stay for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could have needed, which was nice since we cooked and ate all our meals here. The setting was quiet and we awoke to birds chirping every morning. Check-in was easy, as we had our pass waiting for us at the gate, and we were given the door lock code prior. Just a note...make sure you check the door knob before entering the lock code when leaving the house. Luckily, when we were locked out we messaged and had help immediately! Thank you, Melissa! Other thing to note... nothing the owners could help... during this time pollen is horrible. We were unable to use the beautiful outdoor furniture due to my allergies, as they were coated with yellow pollen. Also, a suggestion would be to add a rug inside to place shoes on. Your floors are shiny and beautiful and that would contain some of the sand/pollen. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

This was a nice little house very clean the set up was great it did not feel cluttered really enjoyed the gas fire pit and swings under the house by the creek. I would give a 10 out of 10 we will definitely be staying there again
