Barefoot Beach Villa - Steps to Paradise in Bonita Springs/Naples
Come to the beautiful Villas on Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida (North Naples). This Villa is just steps to the beach and pools. It offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 offices, 3 King Sized beds, a 2 car garage, 65 in TV, Hulu, WIFI. Watch the magnificent sunsets from the sunset dock, walk the beach and pick up shells, or just relax at the pool and hot tub. Walk to Coconut Jacks or Docs Beach Front restaurants. Its the perfect place to spend the "Season".
We are looking to rent out our home to a mature (and clean!) couple for peak season while we head to the Destin area to help take care of our 2 grandsons. The Villas are located in a prime location on Barefoot Beach. Although our villa is not gulf front, it is literally just steps to the beach and the pool is right outside the office on the lower level. The minimum stay at the Villas on Barefoot Beach is 30 days, and the property rents by the month (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Nov, Dec, etc.). You must be approved by the HOA by completing an application. Multiple families (unrelated couples) are NOT allowed per HOA. No pets allowed per HOA.
Note: I would like to facetime or speak to the guests who choose my Villa to ensure there are no surprises and this property is the right fit for you. Its a quiet and happy beach community. I am looking forward to meeting you! Jane

Hello future guests and friends. I am Jane Stephenson and I have been a super host for 6 years for a different property that I own. The "Villa" on Barefoot Beach is normally my primary residence (along with my husband Frank). We have decided to head to the Destin area to be near our 2 grandsons while our only son is serving at Eglin Airforce base. We would like to rent to a mature couple who is looking for a 2-3 month rental if possible (monthly minimum stay required). We would like to meet our guests over Facetime or phone to make sure this property is a great fit for you. Jan-March 2025 are now open due to a cancellation! FEBRUARY 2025 is now available!

This is a fantastic one of a kind, quiet and beautiful beach community. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance (Docs Beach house and Coconut Jacks)..
