Our Martina apartment house is only a 2-minute walk from the Rosenalmbahn - Zillertal Arena and offers you 2 apartments for 6 people each

The apartments each have 3 double rooms with balcony, 2 bathrooms (1 x bath, 1 x shower), separate toilet, anteroom with wardrobe and kitchen with kitchenette, large dining area, sofa and satellite / TV. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, glasses, dishes, pots, etc.! Ski cellar with ski boot dryer and sufficient parking space available. We provide bed linen, bath and hand towels as well as tea towels during your stay. Table tennis, large trampoline in the garden, bread service, free WiFi. For our little guests there is a cot, high chair and a stroller.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und alle Anliegen wurden unkompliziert geklärt. Alles war sauber und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Nähe zur Bergbahn Rosenalm mit Spielplatz an der Station und einmaligem Bergerlebnis dank Fichtenschloss-Spielplatz und Fichtensee ist mit Kindern super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, der familieneigene Foodtruck auf dem Gelände des Ferienhauses lädt zu einem leckeren Bosna- und Burgererlebnis ein. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für eine unvergessliche Zeit im Zillertal.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön war, dass die Liftanlage füßläufig war. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.

Saubere, großzügige Wohnung.
Bis auf das neue Badezimmer und die Küche ist der Rest der Wohnung etwas älteren Datums, aber in Ordnung. Es war alles sauber. In der Küche fehlt es leider an Schüsseln, ansonsten ist sie ausreichend eingerichtet. Minuspunkt war für uns der doch erhebliche Lärm von der Straße, vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden. Da man im Sommer bei den Temperaturen nachts gern die Fenster auf machen möchte, hört man in 2/3 Schlafzimmern den Straßenlärm sehr laut. Zudem gibt es keine wirklichen Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben, weil unser Sohn bei der Helligkeit am Abend/ frühen Morgen so schlecht geschlafen hat, irgendwann Decken vor die Fenster gehangen. Hier wären Versubkelungsvorhänge oder Ähnliches wünschenswert! Der schlechte Schlaf hat uns doch leider ziemlich an Erholung geraubt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut gelegen, sehr nah an der Gondel und zum nächsten Spielplatz. Und das Essen aus dem Foodtruck vor der Haustür war mega lecker!

Family ski trip
Everything from the taxi transfer, accommodation to eating out was perfect. The area is clean (minimal litter) organised and our host Martina was very helpful. Can’t really fault the area tbh. Only thing I would recommend is if arriving on a Saturday for self catering arrive early afternoon at Zell am Ziller so you can get supplies as the shops are shut after 19:30 and all day Sunday.

Skiurlaub in Zell am Ziller
Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Und erholsame Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Sie liegt direkt an der Gondel (zu Fuß ca. 5Minuten). Die drei Schlafzimmer sind groß und gemütlich. Ein SZ hat einen Fernseher und ein anderes ein privates Dusch-Bad. Die Vermieterin hat uns eine unkomplizierte An-und Abreise ermöglicht. Es gibt einen beheizten Skikeller und genügend Platz in Schränken und Garderoben. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist gemütlich mit einer großen Sitzecke. Die Küche könnte in Kleinigkeiten etwas besser ausgestattet werden (schärfere Messer, Sparschäler), aber das meiste war ausreichend vorhanden! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prima verblijf in Haus Martina
Ruim appartement, netjes, goed uitgerust. Met drie pubers tussen 18 en 16 waren we heel blij met dit appartement met twee badkamers en 3 toiletten. Het huisje ligt heel dichtbij de liften en de apres-ski. Frau Hauser is heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Kortom, een prima verblijf, ideale ligging.

Eine tolle Wohnung für einen Skiurlaub mit Freunden oder Familie
Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die 3 Schlagzimmer sind alle schön groß und haben einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder und ein extra WC. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, da die Zillertal Arena in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir hatten eine tolle Skiwoche.

Excellent!!
Myself, my partner and our two young children had the absolute best of stays at Haus Martina, its brilliantly equipped and immaculate throughout. It’s central location makes it great for getting to all the Zillertal activities as well as on to the various running and walking trails. With so many choices of transport close by even if you’re not driving, you won’t struggle to get around. Martina and her Mother were a delight and ever so helpful, the whole process from check in to check out was a smooth operation, we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to return. Many thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Alles was man im Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Geschirr war reichlich da. Alles sauber vorgefunden. Wir waren eine Woche da und hatten das tollste Wetter und somit einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung - ideal für 3 Pärchen
Wir fanden eine gemütliche saubere Wohnung vor mit 3 Toiletten und 2 Duschmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter waren nett und zuvorkommend. Unkompliziert auch der Brötchendienst, denn auch die Brötchen standen schon früh zur Verfügung. Die ideale Lage nah an der Bergbahn, kam uns sehr zugute. Vielleicht auf ein Wiedersehn.

Herbstferien
Haus Martina ist ein tolle, gemütliche und sehr komfortabele Ferienwohnung. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen mit 6 Personen in Zell verbracht . Martina ist sehr freundlich und nett, wir kommen sicher schnell wieder.
