Charmante petite maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Accueil du propriétaire Arnaud impeccable, souriant, prévenant, disponible et de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Endroit très calme pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Le soleil nous a boudé, une prochaine fois peut-être 😉

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans le gîte de la Picholine… tout est extra, le gîte est très beau, bien aménagé, bien équipé, la piscine est juste magnifique, la vue est a coupé le souffle… et le calme de cet endroit est reposant et ressourçant. Arnaud et son père sont accueillants et leur gentillesse est un exemple dans notre quotidien pas toujours bienveillant. Merci à vous, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

De l accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire Arnaud , au charme bienfaisant d être niché au coeur des oliviers, dans un logement impeccable et lumineux; Quelle vue de toute beauté de la fenêtre de la chambre ! Location idéalement située, au vert tout en étant proche du centre ville très plaisant et des commerces. Nous reviendrons bien volontiers ! Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Zwei
Wir (Janine & Matthias) hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett. Wir haben alles erklärt bekommen und konnten den Pool auch noch durch das tolle Wetter im Oktober nutzen. Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer sehr viel Wert auf Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit legt, muss sich aber ggf. um eine andere Unterkunft bemühen. Der Durchgangsverkehr von Ruoms ist wahrnehmbar auf der Terrasse und am Pool und aktuell (10/2023) waren auch zwei Baustellen aktiv am Häuserbau in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir nahezu den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Es gibt einfach zu viel zu entdecken in der Gegend. Danke nochmal an unseren Vermieter, der so nett war und ein Päckchen für uns in Empfang genommen hatte.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben die Woche in dem hübschen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Umgebung mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse. Den Pool an heißen Tagen zu nutzen ist Gold wert. Direkt vom Ferienhaus aus haben wir schöne Wanderungen und auch eine Fahrradtour gestartet. Auch mit dem Motorrad konnten wir klasse Touren fahren. Der Vermieter ist herzlich und freundlich. Die Führung zur Olivenölherstellung war sehr informativ. Alles in allem ein gelungener, viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt.

Séjour d’exception !
Nous avons passé un séjour d’exception dans ce gîte. Nous avons fait la connaissance d’Arnaud qui est une personne d’une gentillesse et d’une sympathie rare. A l’écoute, réactif, de très bons conseils nous permettant d’apprécier au mieux notre séjour dans ce sublime gîte. C’est simple, nous n’avons rien à redire sur celui-ci. Proche d’absolument tout (centre ville à 3mn à pied, supermarché à 3mn en voiture), commerces proposant des produits locaux de grande qualité qui raviront vos papilles à n’en pas douter. Le gîte est d’une propreté clinique, décoré avec modernité et vous permettant de vous sentir comme chez vous immédiatement. Les terrasses et la piscine (absolument géniale par ailleurs), vous permettront de vous détendre totalement entourés d’un paysage peuplé d’oliviers qui vous isoleront dans une véritable « bulle » de bien-être. Vous l’aurez compris, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, en tout cas de notre côté ce fut un véritable coup de cœur tant sur le gîte que sur le côté humain. N’ayez aucune crainte vous serez à l’écoute pour quelque question que ce soit avec un propriétaire aussi bienveillant que discret vous laissant profiter de votre séjour dans ce gîte sublime. Merci encore, il nous tarde (déjà) de revenir !

Haus bei hohen Temperaturen unbewohnbar
Das Haus sieht äußerlich vielversprechend aus. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Schnell offenbart es allerdings gravierende Mängel. Es befindet sich lediglich im Schlafzimmer eine fest installierte Klimaanlage, die allerdings während unseres Aufenthalts ausgefallen war. Ein Blitz hatte in sie eingeschlagen - das steigert nicht gerade das Sicherheitsgefühl. Die kleine mobile Klimaanlage machte einen Höllenlärm und war viel zu ineffektiv. Noch schlimmer und eigentlich unvorstellbar: Sämtliche grössere Fenster im Haus können nicht geöffnet werden. Das große Fenster im Schlafzimmer hat darüber hinaus keinen Rolladen. Auch in der Nacht kann nicht gelüftet werden. Über lange Phasen des Tages und in der Nacht wurden auch im Gebäude über 30 Grad erreicht. Bei hohen Temperaturen ist das Haus nicht bewohnbar. Nach drei Tagen reisten wir ab. Der Besitzer war nicht bereit eine Entschädigung zu gewähren. Kleine Pointe am Rande: einen Sonnenschirm am Pool gab es nicht!

Ein schönes Haus und traumhafter Lage
Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht und konnten, dank des nahen Radweges mit den Rädern die Umgebung erkunden und hatten fantastische Blicke auf die Landschaft. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht und der Pool war sehr angenehm. Die Lage am Olivenhain ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ungezwungen und sehr nett.

Zeer fijn verblijf in super mooie gite
Wij werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Arnoud. Hij liet ons zijn super mooie en nieuwe huis zien. Het huis is rustig en mooi gelegen in een olijfboomgaard met een lekker privézwembad. Als wat je maar kan wensen is aanwezig in dit modern ingerichte huisje er ontbrak echt niets. Wij komen graag nog eens terug. Dankjewel Arnoud voor het fijne verblijf Shirley en Dick

Tolles Domizil mit viel Ruhe - sehr netter Vermieter
Arnauds Häuschen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Der Pool war perfekt. Die Lage mitten im Olivenhain ist traumhaft. On Top gab es noch einen Rundgang mit Arnauds Vater durch dessen Olivenplantage inklusive Einkauf des guten Öles. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Häuschen liegt wie beschrieben inmitten eines kleinen Olivenhains. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ein Ort zum Entspannen. In den kleinen, netten Ort Ruoms gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, auch der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gite de la Picholine ! La maison est parfaitement équipée et est décorée avec goût dans un style moderne. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est fort sympathique et qui se rend disponible en cas de besoin. Le cadre est magnifique, avec toutes les commodités à proximité ainsi que de nombreuses sorties. Le plus, découverte de la production d’huile d’olive avec Nous recommandons fortement !!
