A beautiful space - over expectations

We spent 3 days at Fabrice’s loft. Beautifully decorated, bedding extra comfortable and designer appliances. Fabrice is an artist and his pieces are all over the loft. Highly recommended.

Très bel emplacement et excellentes prestations

Très bel appartement en rez de maison avec très bel terrasse. Equipements au top. Excellents matelas. A 5 mn du centre ville. Un petit bemol : pas de four micro onde (ou pas trouvé). Propriétaire charmant et accueillant. A refaire.

Super loft sur la Cote Basque

Joli loft spacieux et comfortable, tres propre. Bonne literie et au calme loin de la circulation de st Jean de Luz. Belle cuisine bien equipee et une terrasse avec vue sur la verdure. Boulangerie a 10 minutes a pied. Et une gentille attention en fin de sejour du proprietaire.l equipement pour faire quelques exercises de sport un plus pour nous.

Vacances sympa à Saint Jean de luz

Très agréable d’avoir un contact téléphonique dès la réservation puis un bon échange pour nous présenter la région. Appartement bien équipé et très confortable. Canapés et fauteuils de qualité. Idéal pour se reposer. Maison au calme dans un cadre verdoyant. Nous allions à la plage à pied (25 minutes).

Excellent séjour

Loft très bien équipé ( cave à vin) et confortable ( literie exceptionnelle), décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Situation calme et parfaite pour rayonner . Vue magnifique sur la végétation avec la présence de petits écureuils très malicieux. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. En résumé un excellent séjour.

Superbe logis spacieux pour 2 couples et bien situé

L’accueil de Fabrice nous a permis de nous installer rapidement et sans soucis. Tout est propre et bien meublé, la cuisine est moderne et complète, les lits sont confortables et l’emplacement est très bien. Nous avons apprécié la jolie terrasse. Mes amis et moi avons pleinement profité de notre séjour et espérons y retourner.

Aufenthalt in All. Gorena

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gut eingerichtet und auch bei der Küche fehlte es an nichts, sogar ein persönlicher Weinschrank war vorhanden. Nicht zu vergessen ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank !!!! Superbe appartement, très bien aménagé et rien ne manquait non plus pour la cuisine, même une armoire à vin personnelle disponible. Sans oublier un hôte très sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement esprit loft, confortable, moderne et zen. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la végétation luxuriante, le calme des lieux, la terrasse et les équipements ****. Parfait !

Court séjour et maxi services ! Artiste peintre, Fabrice vous accueille dans son univers : élégant et généreux. L'habitation est conforme à l'annonce. La terrasse, nichée au coeur d'un jardin luxuriant vous fait oublier que Saint Jean de Luz est à peine à 5 minutes en voiture et à 20 minutes à pieds.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au sein de cette location. Le loft est décoré avec goût, très bien situé et pourvu d’une terrasse très agréable avec vue sur la nature. C’est un lieu reposant loin de l’agitation de la ville pourtant très proche. Nos hôtes étaient très agréables et l’accueil bienveillant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Région magnifique et authentique dans le calme de Saint Jean de Luz.

Pour les personnes n'aimant pas les vacances de peur de perdre leur confort, cette endroit est pour vous. Prestations de haute gamme avec le souci du détail : cuisine, électroménager, salle de bain (douche à l'italienne) cave à vins, literie, fauteuil & canapé et en prime petit écureuil au petit déjeuner car terrasse dans les arbres (boulangerie à 700 mètres) le calme en étant dans les hauteurs de saint Jean de Luz.
