Im a fun loving person who enjoyed a career of teaching primary children. LOVED KINDERGARTENERS! Ive had a horse property in Arizona where I earned Super Host for my Cowboy Cabin and Ranch House rentals. Love my new home in Florida where I enjoy Pickleball, beach walks biking, kayaking,,entertainment, tiki bars, and my new neighbors and friends!

It has small shops and an old fashioned charm. Also nearby, is Lemon Bay where you can drop a kayak and watch the dolphins, manatees, pelicans.......Tennis courts are very close by and at the Englewood Rec center where you will find Pickleball courts as well. Tase courts are free to the public! Many golf courses close by to chose from. Also, lovely nature trails at a nearby park, shaded too! Yoga is offered ar Englewood beach everyday. Three beaches nearby for walking and swimming, and there's always the beautiful new pool for cooling off at the end of the day!

What makes this property unique
Choosing this property was easy for me.... it had all just been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, new air conditioner, roof....and I knew that with just a little bit of finessing I could have a dream home! The big yard is actually two lots and I had it all fenced in the back. The layout of the house with Two master suites that abut the open living room kitchen work well for a wonderful flow and private stay if traveling with others. The windows that oversee the backyard and pool makes you feel like the house is MUCH bigger! The furnishings are mid century modern and Ive been told tastefully done! Id only hope you'd agree! Many small trees have been added including palm trees, myrtle cypress, coconut palm, mango, loquat tree, bougainvillea, and more! I do not use pesticides that aren't natural and proven to be
