This friendly condo has bright touches throughout to keep the fun beach vibes coming. The open, family-friendly design is perfect for relaxing together in the lounge - pull out the queen sofa bed for even more comfort!
Luxuries like a private washer/dryer, two ceiling fans, and a furnished balcony complete the space as a fun beach condo. The full kitchen ,complete with glassware and cooking utensils, is perfect for any cooking project you'd want to take on. But feel free to take your fresh fish down to the shared charcoal grill to get that delicious extra sear. Also, the beach view from the condo's balcony doesn't lie - the beach, shared pools, and shared hot tub are that close!
You can enjoy direct beach access from the condo complex. When you feel like taking a dip, there is one kiddie pool, an outdoor pool overlooking the Gulf, and a heated indoor pool to choose from. There's also a fun splash pad! You will also have access to an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, a shared fitness room, a shared tennis court, and a shared indoor racquetball court during their stay. But the salty ocean air? That comes free no matter if you're inside or out.
The beach is just walking distance from the condo, but that's just the beginning of the fun this area offers. If you're looking to get even closer to the water, Distraction Charters, just over four miles from the condo, offers fishing charters and tours of the area that allow you to observe dolphins, sea turtles, and other native animals. For folks seeing some land-based fun, Adventure Island offers rides, an arcade, and mini-golf. Many fantastic restaurants on the beach serve up delicious fish within five and a half miles!
Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.
There are approximately 5-10 shared beach chairs and umbrellas open to guests of the complex at any given time.
The age limit applies to all guests.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
