Ski In/Out Immaculate Updated Condo - 2 Min Walk to Base from Dulany at Gondola

There is nothing quite like being right at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and within walking distance of the gondola, outdoor adventuring and some of Steamboat’s finest restaurants. This is a stunning location for visiting all year round with beautiful views from the condos large windows.

We love it here as it is the ideal location for every season - the ski school and brand new gondola are just steps away - the play area and park with summer concerts, festivals and outdoor movies in the spring, summer and fall. You can hike, mountain bike or enjoy a picnic at the base right out the door. Amazing restaurants are just a 2 minute walk. Great for take out to enjoy at one of the many picnic tables, on a blanket in the grass or to bring back to the condo. A lovely gourmet grocery and liquor store is across the street. We are a 5 min drive from downtown with a free shuttle from the condo.

Enjoy the newly updated outdoor entertainment area with two large capacity hot tubs, outdoor gas grills and also seating around a gas fire ring right at the complex.

This bright unit was recently remodeled with southwestern boho inspired décor featuring cozy furnishings, contemporary western art work and a round dining table that seats 6. New stainless steel appliances, furniture and mattresses. Fresh alternative down comforters on all beds with Pendleton Wool Camp blankets in 2nd bedroom. Fresh paint, new carpeting and wooden floors throughout.

The living room includes a flat screen Roku TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom, flat screen Roku TV and access to the patio via a sliding glass door. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bunk bed with attached full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo and separate ski storage and valet as you come off the mountain.

Free shuttle service within town limits and locked valet service in winter for skis.

We are locally owned and not run by a large rental company. We love hosting our guests, helping them with any plans and giving suggestions of places to visit in the area. We also support our local staff at a fair and living wage.

Please note we do not have AC. However we have fans in each room and enjoy opening the windows at night to blow in the cool mountain air. Then in the morning if you shut windows and some blinds where sun shines directly into the unit, the condo will stay cool for the day.

Good location comfortable beds

In general all was good. Unit:: Beds comfortable. Good location. Hot water plentiful. Living room area spacious. Laundry in unit great! Second bedroom needs more lighting and room darkening curtain. Needs hangers. Tons of kitchen gadgets— used the crock pot one night. Building:: One of hot tubs was always malfunctioning during our 2 week stay- towels not always available. Fire pit often not working/cleared. Ski storage unit convenient. On call shuttle a bonus- most we waited was 15/20 but usually within 5 minutes. Owner very easy to contact and was helpful in different ways.

Cute Cabin Feel

The condo was well furnished, had coffee provided, was clean and quiet, provider was very responsive. A few maintenance items were needed such as water and ice dispenser in fridge did not work, and the heater was out. However the fireplace worked wonderfully and we happened to be there at a time that was not too cold at night yet. Would absolutely book this location again.

Everything was great about our stay. The space was perfect for the four of us, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night. No complaints!

Great Location

We had a great time in Steamboat. The Condo is represented correctly on the website and is in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised that it had an elevator. Lauren was great to deal with and we will stay again in the future.

Great time in Steamboat

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Steamboat Springs. It was our first time visiting and we really enjoyed our visit. The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed the place as it was well stocked and close to the Wild Plum market. Lauren the owner is great, she was quick with responses to our inquiries. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place but challenging in hot weather

Great condo with everything we needed. Nice layout, furnishings, and a good view. Comfy beds. Got lots of use out of the kitchen and the stackable washer/dryer. Location can’t be beat with the proximity to the Steamboat Gondola and a specialty grocery/liquor store and several restaurants across the street. Process to get unit access was easy. Liked that the complex has an elevator as it’s a fourth floor unit. Would highly recommend this unit for a winter stay. For a week long summer stay in July, the lack of air conditioning in the unit was a huge challenge for our family. We did not enjoy keeping the blinds closed during the day and loud fans going all the time. We were hot except in the evenings and mornings with the windows open. We knew there was no A/C when we rented the unit, but we didn’t realize how much we would value being cool and quiet in the afternoons with all the blinds open after a fun filled hot morning hiking, biking, etc. in the Steamboat outdoors. Again, great condo. We would rent this unit again were it winter time.

Family Weekend

This unit was in a great location near restaurants as well as a quick drive into downtown Steamboat. The kitchen is well stoked and the unit has ample space. My family and I greatly enjoyed out time at this unit.

Precious Condo at the base of the mountain!

We had a wonderful stay and the property was exactly was described online! Property manager was a great communicator and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better location, especially with little children. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful ski condo Steamboat

We absolutely loved staying at your wonderful condo for the week. Location was fabulous and the condo was well appointed and meticulously clean. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. We were able to check in early which was extremely helpful. Lauren, our host was a great communicator. We highly recommend this condo for a family of 5 or 2 couples.

It was exactly what we needed

This apartment is very cozy and welcoming. This was our first stay in steamboat as a family. I could imagine in the winter how popular this area gets. But for middle of August It was nice and quit just what we needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing on the big couch. There is off-street parking, fireplace outside and 2 hot tubs. 2min to the Gondola and ski lifts makes me wanna return in the winter.

Well located condo near restaurants and shops

Very neat and tidy in a great location. Due to a very hot summer we were pretty hot during our stay. There is no air conditioning but there are a couple fans that helped.

Great stay with family

Property was a great location. Bedrooms were as described and they had toiletries available. They were doing some building maintenance, including painting of the exterior, which would have been nice to know about before, but in the end didn’t interfere with our stay. Had a great time as always in Steamboat!

Welcome to the stone age

First and foremost I am from Texas so this is a new experience to visit Steamboat during the summer. Never in a million years did I think I would need to check to see if a condo had air conditioning in a town like Steamboat in the United States. After a relaxing 14 hour drive we get to our condo around 630pm. I walk in to 84 degrees showing on the thermostat. I notice I can’t adjust it. I start looking for ac vents and don’t see any. And just like that I realized this beautiful condo is like staying in a 3rd world country. I did text the owner about a parking issue and offered my opinion on buying a portable AC if they didn’t want central AC. They apologized but said stick a fan in the window and it will cool off. They said in order to have AC they would lose their patio space. How dare you get rid of the patio because we literally had to sit out there every night until midnight until the condo cooled down to at least 75. While the condo was nice and did the job I absolutely hated every night when we would come back from a day of activities. All day everyday we were there all I could think of is the temp outside and what it will do to the temp in our condo. Who the hell doesn’t have AC in the United States in 2022?

Great weekend

We stayed in July for a soccer tournament weekend. When I booked I didn’t realize the condo didn’t have air conditioning. It was 86. But, the hosts provided multiple fans and when the sun goes down the temperature is great. I would 100% stay again. The host texted me with her personal number the morning of checkin to welcome me. Very accommodating.

Spring Break Ski Trip

This property was perfect! The condo was very clean and easy to access. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed watching movies and playing board games at night. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Christy Sports was right across the street which made picking up and dropping off rentals easy. Apres Burger Bistro was right upstairs from Christy Sports. Their burgers and breakfasts were excellent. Walking to the gondola/lifts each morning was super easy and there was plenty to do in Steamboat Village once off the mountain. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire with a drink at Saddles after coming off the mountain. Getting to town was no problem either. There are free shuttles and plenty of Uber drivers to get you where you need to be. I highly recommend this property. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!

We live most of the year in Denver however love spending much of our free time in Steamboat no matter the season! Our boys are 4, 6 & 11 and really enjoy all the adventures Steamboat has to offer.

As a Colorado native I have been visiting Steamboat since I was a child exploring all it's nooks and crannies.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location! Any time of year we have activities right outside our door. It is easy during ski season with the kiddos to come and go. The rest of year we can hike, bike, shop, eat out, picnic, attend concerts, putt putt, do outdoor movie nights, play in the creek and much more all within a 2 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

Did we mention we love the location?

Also the unit is very bright with a lot of sun light and amazing views from the many large windows. Even on the days we do stay in some we get to really experience being in the mountains.
