NO HURRICANE DAMAGES!!! We are pleased to inform you that the building and unit were not affected by the hurricane and is fully available for your use. Feel free to enjoy your stay! You can enjoy all the amenities, including the swimming pool. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Breathtaking views of the Gulf! Two bedroom, two bathroom 14th floor unit on Vanderbilt Beach. Each bedroom has its own lanai to sit and enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf. King bed in master bedroom and second bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room.
Private, gated community with direct access to beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Located on 8 acres of tropical landscaping with a resort style 40 x 60 swimming pool, BBQ grills, fitness center, and tennis courts. Washer and dryer in unit.
NO pets and NO smoking allowed. The homeowner's association requires a background check for all rental applicants. Rental contingent on HOA approval. 30 day minimum rental period.
