Lovely hideaway

Lovely rustic house perfectly located close to Sète, near to supermarkets etc and public transport to Montpellier and beyond. Car needed to get around. Owner met us to hand-over, gave good information on what to do and see. Very comfortable house with off road parking.

Wunderbare Auszeit

Das Häuschen war mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. Angefangen mit der Küchenausstattung bis zur Frischhaltefolie. Sehr schöner eingezäunter Garten, so dass unser Hund sich austoben konnte. Alles in allem sehr nett. Auch der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr ruhig Lage und im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht.Schöne Terrasse mit Grillstation.

Location chaleureuse et très bien placée

Location charmante, très très bien localisée entre sète et Montpellier , dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille. Maison plus que fonctionnelle, tout est prévu et à disposition, jardin charmant. J'ai vraiment appréciée cette location et la propriétaire est très disponible, donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter de la région et est très sympathique . Petit cadeau d'arrivée très gentil. J'espère revenir.

Sympa la bouteille de vin d'accueil! Seul petit bémol: les deux matelas de la seconde chambre qui sont un peu mous (ou moi un peu lourd! :-). L'ensemble reste très bien!

Tout etait parfait sauf pour la télévision que nous n'avons pas pu voir sur notre ordinateur. Cela manque vraiment même s'il y a un bon poste de radio. Quand à la propriétaire, elle est charmante et toujours prête à vous aider.

Séjour à Balaruc-les-bains

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée. Madame Borg est une hôtesse très attentive et soucieuse de ses locataires, nous prodiguant de nombreux conseils de visites etc... Je reviendrai avec plaisir l'année prochaine !

Bella villa

Proche du centre thermal idéalement placée pour un séjour au calme. La maison est très bien équipée avec barbecue extérieur et cheminée intérieure. Schöner Urlaub, schönes Haus

Wir sind herzlich von Renate Borg empfangen worden und das Haus war genauso wie es im Inserat beschrieben war. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und Renate Borg sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten Fahrräder mit und waren so schell beim Einkaufen aber auch zum baden im See war es nicht weit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, denn leider sind wir nicht mehr dazu gekommen die überbacken Austern zu probieren. Ute und Michael

Wohnen im Naturgarten

Ein gemütliches Haus mit tollem Naturgarten und umfangreicher Ausstattung, insbesondere auch mit einem großen und guten Bett. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und umfangreich informiert (nicht nur mit Tipps zur Umgebung, sondern auch mit hilfreichen Hinweisen zu anstehenden Feiertagen bzw. Schließzeiten).

Cure à Balaruc les Bains

Nous avons loué cette maison pour notre 1 ère cure à Balaruc Les Bains . Mme Borg nous a très très bien accueillis malgré nos chiens , ce qui n est pas le cas de tout le monde . Le jardin était parfait pour nos toutous. La maison suffisamment spacieuse et bien équipée était idéale pour nous . Très bonne situation géographique, , tout est à proximité , zone commerciale, étang, plage , etc.. En conclusion nous avons passé un excellent séjour,que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir.Et encore merci à Mme Borg pour ses petites attentions une bouteille de vin à l arrivée et de petits biscuits maisons pour notre départ .

Calm yet close to everything

My wife - my dog and me spent two weeks in this little house in a quiet area of Balaruc.We stayed in the area for professional reasons. Strenghts would be the silence and the size of the house ( ideal for two to four i'd say ) and the ' very ) good internet and the charming friendlyness of the owner and her friend that welcomed us. Opportunities would be : installing a television ( there is only a small flatscreen - yet you can connect that to the internet ) The garden is also really particular : it is purely wild, not really taken care off when we were there- yet the fact of this garden being so wild/rough didn't disturb us ( it migth perhaps disturb other people though)

Une Maison où il fait bon vivre...

Nous souhaitons tout d’abord remercier sincèrement, la Propriétaire pour son excellent Accueil, et la remercier également pour sa Propriété dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, dès notre arrivée. Ici, le Calme est permanent, aucuns bruits, ni des Voisins, ni des rues environnantes, ni d’ailleurs… : nous avons vraiment apprécié cette Tranquillité durant tout notre Séjour. Le jardin, parfaitement clos de toutes parts, spacieux, et quasiment sans aucun vis à vis, a permis à notre chienne et notre chatte de s’ébattre en toute tranquillité. Quant à la Maison : sa Sérénité, le parfait confort de son Intérieur et surtout de sa literie, nous ont fait passé des journées, et de nuits, forts agréables. Nous recommanderons cette Propriété à nos meilleurs Amis et nous pensons revenir passer d’autres journées de Repos… Annick et Hervé vous remercient encore, Madame.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , la maison est très pratique , on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Elle est propre et au calme , avec un grand jardin clos , idéal pour notre berger allemand et on peut se garer à l'intérieur . pas de vis-à-vis , pas de mitoyenneté . Perfekt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus an sich war sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für uns als Kleinfamilie. Frau Borg hat uns sehr gut empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Unser 2-jähriger Sohn war voll begeistert und konnte sich im Garten austoben. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen!

Très bonne expérience.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par notre hôtesse. Le gîte est très bien situé, entre l’étang de Thau et Sète, et très bien équipé. Nous le recommandons !

Il est rare aujourd'hui de trouver des propriétaires aussi honnêtes et charmants. Les deux problèmes intervenus durant notre séjour (eau chaude et wifi), ont été résolus rapidement avec beaucoup d'amabilité. Les animaux sont acceptés sans restriction. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette location et de ses propriétaires.
