Designer home for considerate clientele and families.
Welcome to our tranquil waterfront retreat on the canals of Jamaica Beach. Our comfortable 3 bdr/2bth house sleeps 8 guests on two floors. The covered ground level provides a shaded place to enjoy your own outdoor oasis and boat slip! Your five star experience includes an open concept living room with designer furniture and fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities. The bedrooms are equipped with organic cotton sheets and down pillows. Begin your relaxing retreat and restore!
Outdoor spaces include sofas, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor shower. House has unobstructed water access and views. You can fish, kayak, jet ski, SUP, and boat right from the boat dock. Owner has provided access to some water equipment. Please use with care and at your own risk. Beach access is about a 4 minute golf cart ride just across Hwy 3005. Jamaica Beach has a community pool, splash pad, park and more. Galveston Seawall is about a 15 minute car ride.
Minimum stay is three nights for holiday weekends. Guests are required to review the house rules and sign our rental agreement. No parties, nor loud music. Guests must be respectful of the peaceful neighborhood and neighbors.

We were originally looking for a beach front home, but when we came to the canal front lots it was so wonderful to be right on the water. We knew right away this would be the absolute best way to enjoy all the water sports we love!
