1 comfortable log cabin with fireplace in the forest, dog on request

A comfortable holiday home with fireplace, fitted kitchen, TV, 2 bedrooms and shower / toilet. The terrace with grill and garden furniture invites you to a relaxing holiday in the middle of the Harz forests. (6 minutes by car to Wernigerode City). Our log cabin is located directly on the R1 bike path and on various hiking trails.

A children's playground and 3 parking spaces complete our offer. The child-friendly house is suitable for 1- 5 people. The price for your vacation also includes bed linen, towels, electricity, water and firewood. A pet is welcome, about 3 euros.

Leuk verblijf met een maar.
Het huisje is voor twee personen prima. Op zich netjes, maar in de slaapkamer hingen nog wel spinnenraggen naast het bed. Zeer belangrijk gegeven is dat in de advertentie niet stond vermeld dat er op 8 meter afstand een 2e huisje staat. Wanneer je echt voor de rust dit huisje boekt, kom je bedrogen uit. Want wij hebben geen kinderen maar het gezin naast ons wel. Bovendien staan er een schommel en een zandbak tussen de huisjes in en pal naast onze slaapkamer. Dat is dan niet echt fijn als je denkt dat je een huisje alleen hebt gehuurd. Ook kwam de eigenaar tijdens ons verblijf een keer voor 9 uur 's ochtends de tuin doen. Gras maaien met een benzinemaaier. Weg ochtend rust en weg privacy. Ik vind dat je dat niet kunt maken als je gasten hebt in je verblijf. Verder is het huisje voor 4 personen maar ik zou dit zeker niet huren voor 4 personen. Er is een 1 fatsoenlijke slaapkamer en de anderen moeten boven slapen op een 'kamer' wat je niet rechtop kunt staan, zelfs niet kunt zitten in bed zonder je hoofd te stoten aan het plafond. Bovendien is het een open kamer die direct in contact staat met de woonkamer. Als je met kinderen gaat die boven slapen dan horen ze alles wat je in de woonkamer doet omdat het er direct boven zit en het geen afgesloten kamer is. Je kunt vanaf die slaapkamer zo de woonkamer inkijken. Ook in de keuken ontbraken de nodige dingen. Zo is het een huisje voor 4 personen, maar staat er bijvoorbeeld maar 1 bierglas. Er is een oven, maar geen ovenhandschoen. Er

Einfache aber schöne Hütte
Die Ausstattung wirkt zusammengewürfelt und ist als einfach zu benennen, ein Esstisch an dem nur schwierig 4 Personen Platz finden, Töpfe und Pfannen sehr klein und einfach, Messer stumpf... Die Betten waren sicherlich mal straffer, im Wohnzimmer fehlt es an einer gemütlichen Leuchte, man muss mit dem Deckenlicht vorlieb nehmen. Der Ofen ist ausreichend dimensioniert und bringt gemütliche Wärme, der Herd funktioniert und die Dusche überzeugt mit ausreichend warmem Wasser. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Garten, so wie Fahrradunterstellmögichkeiten super, die direkte Natur am Waldrand beeindruckend, man kann direkt an der Hütte zum Wandern oder Biken starten. Autos finden ebenfalls viele Platz... Eine Tankstelle, Netto und Edeka sind in 3min zu erreichen, Lieferservice kommen ebenfalls. Wenn man Abstriche beim Kochen und Schlafen macht, es einfach mag, gerne direkt an der Natur sein möchte, einen Ofen oder die Terasse mit Grill mag, ein super Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und die ganze Familie.

Voll und ganz zufrieden
Es lief alles reibungslos, das Objekt entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Es war ein entspanntes Wochenende in rustikaler Umgebung. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre die Größe der Duschhandtücher, diese könnten gerne eine Nummer größer sein. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank Familie Müller. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prima ruhiges Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, mit sonniger Terrasse. Auch die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, ... selbst Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie und Whisky gläser. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt :-) Zwei kleine Gaststätten sind außerdem direkt in der Nachbarschaft, falls man mal keine Lust auf selber kochen hat. Nachts war es sehr ruhig und die meisten Fenster auch mit Moskitonetzen geschützt so dass man Nachts mal lüften kann. Lediglich wenn man als größere Erwachsenen Gruppe reist, würde ich zu bedenken geben, dass die obere Etage etwas niedrig ist und man den Kopf etwas einziehen muss. Es gibt aber auch ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Und ich würde künftig versuchen die Unterkunft direkt privat zu kontaktieren um die 50€ Buchungsgebühr durch FeWo zu sparen und sinnvoller zu investieren.

Persönlich gefiel mir die Unterkunft gut. Den Kindern leider nicht , da die obere Etage einfach zu niedrig ist , und die Betten zu kurz. Eher etwas für kleinere Kinder. Es war leider nicht ganz sauber , sind aber auch nicht jemand , der auf die Suche geht. Toll ist die Ruhe , die man dort hat , und man kann von der Hütte aus sehr viele Wanderungen starten. Bei uns war es der Brocken hin und zurück. Fazit: für 2 Personen ideal , für 4 nur mit Kleinkindern.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herrliche Lage um von dort direkt loszuwandern. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt, wir konnten sogar zwischen 3 Grills auswählen. Ein Kaminabend rundete unsere 32km Wanderung hervorragend ab. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Klare Empfehlung!
