Fall Break Trip
We booked this property because of its proximity to the activities our kids wanted to do on their fall break and because of the heated pool. We were given a heads up that the fridge was not working but were told a repair technician would be out to look at it. They came on our second full day and he was unable to fix the fridge. No other communication was given by the property owner. They knew we were traveling with 3 kids. Part of the appeal of using a VRBO is having your own appliances. Without a fridge we were unable to get much for groceries. If it were my property, I would have offered a dorm fridge, at the very least. We are homeowners. We know things break at inopportune times but we felt an effort should have been made to make up for the lack of fridge. When we walked into the property, there was dust and dirt all over the kitchen floor. I’m sure this was from having the fridge pulled out but as the property owner had been there, we felt an effort should have been made to clean it up. The house had an odd smell and when we opened the window to air it out, we found the window did not lock. On the patio we found empty beer bottles and caps. We found the previous renters “sensitive” prescription in the bedside table and properly disposed of it for him. Lastly, the sheets did not feel clean. As I was taking the bedding off to place in the laundry area, I found large amounts of hair and there were dried marks on the comforters not left by us.

Great Pool and convenient location
This property worked out well for us. The salt water pool was amazing and the highlight for my family. The game room was also a lot of fun. We spent a good deal of time in the pool. The house had everything we needed and communication with the owner was extremely easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Location was so convenient
We had a great 4 days!!! We hit up everything from restaurants, concerts, top golf, shopping, casino, etc everyday!!! Never traveled much more than 20 mins. The host was very accommodating with the check in process, much appreciated. Thank you for helping make our stay so enjoyable.

Really fun time in a great play house
We had a blast in this house. The house has been recently remodeled and they thought of so many fun things from the board games, shuffleboard to the pool toys that really made our trip. The price was a bit high for the level of property, but the house was really nicely stocked with everything we needed (and more), to cook great meals and enjoy a fun time together as a family. Lots of space for the size of the house, and the amazing game room, pool/hot tub (with fun changing lights), outside fireplace and grill really made our trip. Thanks for a great stay, and we definitely recommend this house to others, especially for families (our kids are 19+).

Amazing Pool and Great House!
We absolutely loved staying here! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. The pool was so fun for adults and kids and we were able to use it every day since it was heated. I also used the hot tub every evening. Greg was available to us and even gave us recommendations on family friendly things to do close to the house. This house is in a great location and close to Fry's. I would definitely stay here again and probably will!

Christmas Vacation
Really nice place with excellent amenities (smart tvs, lots of seating areas, fun games, pool, and jacuzzi). The only downside is the fact that it is located in a neighborhood and therefore there isn’t anywhere to go within walking distance. All in all, it was a great place to relax and spent some great family time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was welcoming and comfortable with a great kitchen and game room. The beds were so comfortable! We loved spending time in the backyard - in the gorgeous pool and hot tub, by the fire pit and playing corn hole. We will be back next time we’re in Scottsdale.

Truly a desert oasis
We had such an amazing stay at Greg and Laura’s desert oasis! This place is packed with amenities - including a glorious pool and hot tub, lots of fun games and easy access to everything Scottsdale has to offer. We had a group of 8 stay for a parents weekend away and as much as we wanted to explore the town, we spent most of our time lounging by the pool because it was so wonderful! Enjoyable getaway
The property had everything we needed for our relaxing getaway. It was modern and cozy. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi, playing corn hole and shuffle board, and using the spacious house to relax. The check in and check out process was quick and painless. The book explaining the house, amenities, and near by activities was very helpful.

Really enjoyed the place. Pool was fantastic. Teenagers spent a lot of time in the pool and in the game room. Kitchen was very comfortable to cook in which isn’t very common in a vacation rental. Wish I had made more meals there. If we’re ever in Scottsdale again, we’ll be back.

Every inch of this incredible home has been remodeled with our guests in mind! All natural wood floors and no carpets to accommodate those of our guests that have any allergy concerns. A gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, gas range, ample counter space and a large island for gathering around. Enjoy a large sectional couch in the front room for relaxing or enjoy the large game room complete with a shuffle board table, arcade style game, wall games as well of lots of toys and games for the kids. Both bathrooms have been remodeled from top to bottom as well! The gorgeous backyard features large patio spaces with lounge chairs, a dining table, a built-in BBQ, gas firepit with seating space, a large spa with cascading water feature, large play pool with a baja step that can be heated for your year-round enjoyment!
