Spend your unforgettable dream vacation in the newly renovated and modern bungalow "VEINTISIETE" on the Costa Calma. Our bungalow is located in the well-known holiday complex Solymar Calma and has everything you need for a relaxing and relaxing holiday, such as: b. ¡Por fin!
Tras tres años seguidos intentando conseguir lo mínimo que pedíamos, que era limpieza en el apartamento y un buen mantenimiento de piscina, sin éxito, este año nos vamos muy contentos y satisfechos, pues no solo hemos dado con un sitio con los requisitos que buscábamos, sino que además el apartamento contaba con una buena reforma. La distribución del apartamento nos gustó mucho y la zona era bastante tranquila. Cabe recalcar que la piscina estaba muy limpia y cuidada, por fin.

Schöner Bungalow
Wir waren im Juli 2020 in diesem Bungalow, während der Corona-Zeit. Deshalb war die Anlage sehr leer. Leider wurden aber auch laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, was für uns störend war. Der Bungalow ist hell und verfügt über eine große Terrasse. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was man braucht. Leider war auf der Terrasse der Sonnenschirm defekt und die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein. Der Pool ist schön, allerdings haben wir diesen selten genutzt. Teilweise ist die Anlage hellhörig. Das Badezimmer ist neu. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen. Auf jeden Fall ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da der Weg zum Strand doch ein wenig dauert, wenn man zu Fuß gehen will. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos, und macht einen sehr neuwertigen Eindruck. Gleiches gilt für die gesamte Anlage, der vorhandene Pool wurde von uns zwar nicht genützt, machte aber ebenso einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Es ist alles vorhanden, hier eine schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wer gerne die Strände aufsucht, diese sind auch zu Fuss errreichbar, wer es allerdings bequem haben möchte, dem ist ein Mietauto zu empfehlen. Auch die schöne Terrasse wurde von uns gerne genützt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder einmal Urlaub machen.

Wir verbrachten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in einer fast neu renovierten Wohnung .
Die Wohnung hatte alles was mann braucht. Die Anlage war schön und ruhig. In der der Anlage war ein schöner Pool, den wir Täglich nutzten. Und wenn man nicht jeden Abend selbst Kochen wollte, war man bei Markus herzlich willkommen. Also alles in allem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Super Ferienbungalow, top gepflegt und sauber , mit einer guten Austattung Deutschem Fernsehen . Tolle Terrasse mit 2 Sonnenliegen, In der Anlage befindet sich noch ein grosser Pool auch mit Sonneliegen . Kurz gesagt : WIR SIND BEGEISTERT !!!!! Wir können hier leider nur 5 Sterne vergeben... sonst würden es 6 !!

Entspannung pur
Super gepflegter Bungalow Hier wurde anscheinend gerade erst komplett renoviert. Man kommt sich vor wie in einem Neubau. Im Bungalow war alles vorhanden was wir für unseren ja doch längeren Aufenthalt erwarteten. Leider war dieser Winter ja etwas frischer hier aber der Vermieter hat uns gleich eine kleine Heizung zur Verfügung gestellt. Super Service. Da die Terrasse gut windgeschützt ist haben wir uns die Sonne dann doch des öfteren auf den Bauch scheinen lassen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und bei Markus im Restaurant gleich in der Anlage haben wir uns kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Wir haben gleich wieder für nächsten Winter gebucht uns freuen schon ganz arg. Liebe Grüße an unsere Lieblingsinsel.

Casa con potenziale, ma abbandonata
Siamo una giovane coppia e abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane qui. Inizio premettendo che il proprietario non c'era, ma una sua collaboratrice che ci ha permesso di entrare anche prima nella casa. Prima cosa che non c'è piaciuta è stata l'accoglienza, ho chiamato e mi ha detto di raggiungerla nella casa, il problema è stato che era tutto chiuso e non sapevamo come entrare, per fortuna abbiamo incontrato una persona che ci ha aperto. Dopo lo scambio di chiavi e soldi ci salutiamo e notiamo subito dopo che la pulizia non era delle migliori, ma abbiamo sorvolato perchè ci hanno permesso di entrare prima. Essendo le 13 avevamo fame, peccato che il supermercato che doveva esserci nel complesso era chiuso, al contrario di come riportato nell'annuncio. Una volta iniziato a cucinare troviamo gli utensili da cucina sporchi, il microonde sporco da far schifo infatti non lo abbiamo usato (anche tostapane). Ci siamo messi a pulire e pazienza. Altra cosa: sull'annuncio c'è la disponibilità di WI FI chiediamo la password e ci rispondono che dobbiamo pagare per due settimane una cifra non da scherzo , e scusate? Dopo i soldi che paghiamo della casa, altri soldi per wi fi?? Poteva essere riportato nell'annuncio che il wi fi era a pagamento. Barbecue?! Lo abbiamo scoperto solo dopo una settimana perché imboscato sotto le piante nel giardino (abbandonato a se stesso anche questo) e ovviamente era tutto sporco. Come ultima cosa, ombrellone rotto che non abbiamo potuto portarci al mare e lettini sporchissimi, mai lavati e non trasportabili. Vabbe ci siamo adattati, faccio notare che io e il mio ragazzo siamo due che ci adattiamo ad ogni cosa e non siamo i soliti viziati. AH gia dimenticavo: formiche ovunqueee anche sul letto e insetti simili a scarafaggi che volavano e camminavano per tutta casa. Ultima cosa: check in alle 11. Noi pronti, usciamo e aspettiamo il proprietario.. nulla.. scrivo un messaggio e dopo 10 minuti mi risponde di lasciare le chiavi nell'appartamento. Quindi noi per tutta la vacanza non abbiamo visto il proprietario e l'ultimo giorno proprio nessuno! Ultimissima cosaa: bungalow vicino al mare?? ogni giorno ci siamo fatti circa un chilometro sotto il sole per raggiungere la spiaggia e il mare (assolutamente stupendi!!!)
