The kitchen is complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and utensils you will need for making any kind of meal you prefer. Have coffee at the kitchen bar, or make a huge meal and feed everyone at the new dining table! The living area features ample seating, a Queen sized sleeper sofa, a huge TV and gorgeous ocean views. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below.

Not one BUT TWO King bedrooms- the first features all new bedding and is just steps from the bathroom and full-sized Washer and Dryer. The Master bedroom also has a King bed, a TV and en suite bathroom with a double vanity- this bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. You even have ocean views and a private entrance onto the balcony from your bedroom. The third sleeping area is a converted bunk room at the front of the property with a trundle bed (two twin beds). Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.
