Located on the eighth floor, you can enjoy unparalleled Gulf, beach, and ocean views from your private, furnished balcony. Start every morning with a steamy cup of coffee or a refreshing juice in the balcony–this will put a smile on your face for sure. Then, you can go back inside, turn on the TV and watch your favorite show or the news before heading out to explore the surroundings or sunbathe at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the outdoor dining area in the balcony will allow you and your group to enjoy your meals al fresco. Treat your guests to barbecued meals using the shared grills available in the complex. Other great, shared perks available are indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a sauna, a hot tub, and even a tennis court! The outdoor shower will help you rinse off all the sand before going up to your condo.
This location will make every beachgoer crazy as you'll be sitting right on the beach with direct access from the pool area. Perdido Beach Boulevard features a handful of great, local restaurants. Half a mile north is Adventure Island, an amusement park with an erupting volcano! Less than four miles west is the Gulf State Park Pier, perfect for fishing. Stock up on groceries in downtown Orange Beach, one and a half miles away. There you'll come across more dining options, grocery stores, pharmacies, and markets.
Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
