Family friendly holiday home with private pool

The bungalow built in 2009 is fully equipped and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires.

The house has 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen.

In the living room there is a couch that can be pulled out to the sofa bed, as well as a television and stereo system, creating a private ambience.

On the terrace with its own swimming pool there is enough space for deck chairs and garden furniture, which are also included in the equipment.
The terrace is larger than other bungalows of the same type.

There is also a car parking space for 2 cars in front of the bungalow.



Interim cleaning with linen change is possible and can be arranged on site.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Einfach perfekt

Toller Bungalow in ruhiger Umgebung und trotzdem nicht weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Strand. Es ist alles da was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, schnelles Internet, Sat TV, Safe, Waschmaschine, Parkplatz und einige Restaurants sind auch nicht weit weg. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist traumhaft. Ja gut, es könnte mal ein neuer Wäscheständer organisiert werden, da der aktuelle bald den Geist aufgibt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist tadellos, Fazit: Wir kommen wieder !

Fuerteventura isola eccezionale

Vacanza bellissima. Alla scoperta di Fuerteventura. Paesaggi lunari e spiagge meravigliose. Casa nel posto strategico per spaziare su e giù per l'isola con una spiaggia meravigliosa praticamente sotto casa. Ci ritorneremo.

Generalmente solemos alojarnos en Corralejo, este año hemos querido disfrutar del sur de Fuertev. En general ha estado todo muy bien. Quizás la ubicación para adolescentes no muy céntrica, pero si disfrutas deñ Surf es ideal.

Empfehlenswert

Einfacher, sauberer, kleiner Reihenbungalow, der aber alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ruhig gelegen, am Ortsrand von Costa Calma, was aber fußläufig erreichbar ist. Vom Wohnort aus können Ausflüge auf der Insel gemacht werden, die sehr bezaubernd ist.

Schöner Ferienbungalow

Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber, der Innenhof mit dem Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl das Haus mitten in einer Siedlung liegt, war es extrem ruhig. Allerdings waren sehr viele Häuser zu dem Zeitpunkt, als wir dort waren, nicht belegt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge auf der Jandia Halbinsel perfekt. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit zu allen Traumstränden Jandias. In ca.45 Minuten ist man am Playa da Cofete. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings hat es keinen Backofen und kein WLAN. Hatten wir bei der Buchung übersehen und ist vielleicht für den ein oder anderen nicht uninteressant.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr ruhiges Viertel. Alles was man so braucht war da und die Insel ist einfach wunderschön zu erkunden. Beim kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke, kann man Trinkwasser holen. Gerne wieder!

Tolles und sauberes Ferienhäuschen

Wir haben eine Woche im August mit unseren zwei Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre) in diesem schönen Häuschen verbracht. Es war alles super sauber bei der Übergabe. Die Übergabe klappte auch problemlos. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir fanden die zwei Schlafzimmer auch ideal für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Es ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist natürlich der eigene Pool und die vier Liegen. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir auch zu keiner Zeit vermisst. Es zieht immer ideal durch und von daher war es nie zu heiss. Zum Strand zu laufen ist es mit kleinen Kindern zu weit, aber man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten an den Hotels wo die Strände sind. Dort haben wir auch immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Der kleine Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar, dort bekommt man in der Früh super Semmel und Baguette! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Buen lugar pero con carencias

El alojamiento esta bien salvo algunos detalles como , los canales españoles de tv no funcionan, no tiene wiffi, ni horno, ni microondas y la terraza desde que cae la noche inutilizable por la cantidad de cucarachas fuera y alguna vez también dentro

No soy muy asiduo a este tipo de comentarios,pero me ha parecido algo descomunal el buen servicio y la agradable estancia que he tenido con mi mujer y mis dos hijas. Recomendadísimo, y si algo tengo claro, es que cuando vuelva a ir a Fuerteventura, haré lo posible para alojarme en este apartamento.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Als sehr angenehm haben wir auch die Terrasse und den sehr gepflegten Pool empfunden, was für „nicht dauernd Strandlieger“ sehr angenehm war. Allesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub 😃👍

Titel hält, was es verspricht

Das Appartement ist genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Wichtig zu erwähnen, dass die Betten gemütlich sind und man keine Rückenschmerzen beim Aufstehen hat . Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strand (zu Fuß ca 15-20min). Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Min vom Strand entfernt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Terassentür keine kindsgerechte Verriegelung hat und somit auch von einem 2 Jährigen leicht zu öffnen. Ansonsten würde ich das Appartement weiter empfehlen.
