Inside you’ll find a gorgeous top to bottom remodel with no detail spared. Enjoy this modern, single level, open floor plan retreat with bright and breezy decor. Among the highlights is the gourmet kitchen with waterfall countertops and stainless steel appliances. You’ll find the home stocked with all that you need to cook your favorite meals. Additional comforts include Air Conditioning, large bedrooms and renovated bathrooms complete with every amenity.

Wonderful!
We were visiting from the East Coast to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Needless to say our stay was busy and a little hectic but it was always nice to come back after a long day and relax in such a lovely home. The house was very well equipped and very clean. We especially enjoyed the veranda…great to sit out there and have coffee in the morning!

This home was great and exactly as advertised. Everything that was needed for a 5-day stay was available. The neighborhood was quiet and low key and the view to the lake was gorgeous. The home location was in easy driving distance to Carlsbad, Oceanside and the Wild Animal Park.

the house was spacious , the communication with the owner was perfect (better actually, that the communication with VRBO). Everything you need was there. The house is close to restaurants, grocers, and golf. The drive to Aviara was about 10 Minutes and only a few more to downtown Carlsbad.

Great area for the gym, walking, food and close enough to my daughters house for quick runs. I stayed 5 weeks and the weather wasn't great but there was lots to do anyway. Almafi has great food and the golf course restaurant too. Both within walking distance. Ill definitely stay here again!

Great Sunsets
We enjoyed the property it was clean, spacious had a separate tub and shower and a great view. While it wasn’t on the lake it had a view and unbelievable sunsets. We stayed at Lake San Marcos because we had friends on the lake. It was 45 minutes from most places we visited. Communications with the host was great. The check in and out was seamless..

We absolutely loved this property! When you walk in the front door, you are automatically WOW'ed! The owners took great pride in the upgrades and furnishings of this home. The kitchen had everything we needed and very comfortable to have our family Christmas dinner, 8 people. The bedrooms are a huge size and loved our master ensuite! The peacefulness of the lake view had us outside many evenings to bbq and take in the calmness of the area. Also, close to groceries, hiking, amazing restaurants and plenty more. This home could easily suit a large family +. I used the extra bedroom as an office during our stay. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Lovely house in Lake San Marcos
Great house in a perfect location, exactly fit our needs. The patio looks out at the lake; we enjoyed sitting there with a cocktail in the evening. Walking distance to the golf club. Owners were very responsive to questions, good to work with. We'll look forward to being back!

Fantastic home, location and owners
This is a beautiful, wonderfully landscaped home, in a wonderful neighborhood, convenient to San Diego, several great beaches, and lots of incredible hiking. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating; their home is super-clean and super-well maintained. We loved using their covered back patio overlooking Lake San Marcos, watching the morning mist and enjoying the evening sunsets. I hope to come back in years to come.
