This single story ranch house has a massive open living space that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing (pool table, 75" TV, oversized sectional couch, completely open kitchen), and opens to the backyard through 16' sliding doors, complete with a brand new 7 seater hot tub, lounge furniture with fire pit, propane BBQ, and dining table and chairs.

The backyard has stunning valley and mountain views where the sun sets. The lush landscape provides a peaceful setting, with plenty of space to wander (10 private acres!) and unlimited privacy. This is a pet friendly property with a completely fenced in backyard!

The property is secluded on a hill with fabulous views and beautiful sunsets! The main living space is spacious and the patio offers great outdoor living space. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

Yosemite stay
The property had great views and the owners are fantastic at communication. Property was well equipped and we would stay again. Only downside was the well water turned dark yellow when you used warm or hot water. We used to have a well so I know this can be hard to manage. But the water did not smell sulfur-y and I know there is often not much that can be done. Overall a great stay with easy access to Yosemite.

Family vacation to Yosemite
Loved our stay here. Jazzy was great to deal With and had an answer for every question within minutes of me messaging. The house has amazing views and the sunsets were awesome. It’s an easy drive to the El Portal entrance of Yosemite. Mariposa is quite little mountain town that has enough good restaurants and shops to keep you happy when you are not in the park.

Love the openness of the home, plenty of room in kitchen and outdoor areas. Literally drop dead views from the backyard. Hot tub wonderful, outdoor spaces lovely, always felt safe, very quiet at night and loved the sunsets and mornings. Great place to relax or crash after hiking. Had everything we needed. 2 washer/dryers helped get necessary things done with ease. Communication with owner was immediate any time we had a question. We only used master bedroom and can say the mattress was great! Slept good. Yes we would stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay for Yosemite trip
Very nice home with great privacy. The home had everything we needed, plus lots of extras like pool table and ping pong table and hot tub. Everything was very clean and tidy, and it had plenty of space. The back patio is great with a wonderful view. The property is very private. You are basically all to yourselves. Very short drive from Mariposa, with some good restaurants and a good-sized grocery store. Not a bad drive at all to Yosemite each day. This was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to others!!

It looks even more beautiful in person. The sunsets are phenomenal and it was perfect after a long day of hiking. Very relaxing. We plan on returning.

Private property w amazing views 5 min from Mariposa
This is a very unique property in that it is very private and has spectacular views on all sides, but it is only a 5 minute drive from the heart of Mariposa where there are restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. You can catch the bus that goes directly to Yosemite (or drive there). The house is quiet, clean, and has plenty of games and tv programs for entertainment. The kitchen is even bigger & nicer than in the photos.

Beautiful mountain home with incredible views
My family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The pool table and ping pong table were a hit with the kids and teenager (and adults!) and the mountain views with a sunset from the hot tub was one of the highlights. The place had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the space, beds were really comfortable and it was really clean and spacious. Only 5 minutes from the cute town of Mariposa with a great supermarket with everything we needed for our trip. Took us about an hour 20 minutes to get to Yosemite Valley which was of course amazing and so worth the drive. Host was great at communicating. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend this home.

Perfect Yosemite Getaway
My wife and I spent a portion of our honeymoon here and it was an incredible experience. The sunsets are incredible. The checkin / checkout process was super easy. A little over an our drive to yosemite valley. Only a few minutes from the town of Mariposa, which is full of great restaurants. Jazzy was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful getaway!
The house was a perfect getaway for our 4 night stay! We'll appointed, we'll furnished, modern and updated decor and clean. We loved playing pool, table tennis, soaking in the hot tub watching sunsets and roasting marshmallows over the firepit over looking the mountains. The property even had fun games and a huge TV w/ netflix to keep us entertained. We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation, we will be back again.

Beautiful home away from home
This property was perfect for us. A great space to socialize with our family, play pool and table tennis, relax in the hot tub watching the sunset - just perfect! The owners supplying local, quality coffee was a nice touch that made me very happy, especially as the coffee machine was programmable so you can wake up to it waiting for you. We wanted somewhere to relax and hang out together, 6 of us, after our day trips into Yosemite. This property ticked all the boxes for us. Everything you need is on hand in this comfortable and spacious home. I would happily stay here again if we return to this area.

Awesome place!
A group of 5 of us guys spent the weekend together and wanted to be semi-close to Yosemite for hiking. This place was amazing to stay at! We loved that we had the opportunity to play ping pong or play pool, hop in the hot tub, BBQ on the outside grill, lounge by the fire pit, or just chill on the huge couch and watch something on that huge TV! Nice open kitchen too to cook, it was great! Would absolutely stay here again!

Property had a great sunset view which was the highlight for us. The updates were nicely done and everything has been updated except for the bathrooms. Communications were very quick. We had a learning curve with the water because we had yellow water a couple of times. Some evidence of dirt from prior guests like sheet stains, dirty rug, hair ball.

Such a gorgeous rental property!!
We loved our stay here. The property is truly gorgeous, feels very isolated, amazing hot tub and furnishings. Loved the outdoor couch and the grill. And the stars!!! Some of the best starry nights I’ve ever seen are from the backyard of this property and I’ve been to 5 national parks this year. Stay here !!! Only negative is mariposa is far from many Yosemite destinations, some days we drove 2-3 hours total to get to the sites then back to the rental. But this is an issue with any Yosemite lodging that isn’t directly in the park. Anyway we loved our time here!

5-Stars All Around!
Everything was 5-stars! The house was exactly as portrayed in the listing, but the views were indescribable in person. So beautiful! We woke up every morning and enjoyed a few quiet moments in the yard overlooking the vista. The amenities were phenomenal - such a well stocked house in terms of kitchen supplies, linens, towels, everything. We took advantage of playing pool, ping pong, using the hot tub, BBQ grill, and fire pit. The beds were also very comfy with nice sheets and blankets. The location is so quiet, peaceful, and serene. If you're looking for a more isolated getaway (which we were) this is the spot. It's still close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants though so it was super convenient. Honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. The hosts were amazing too. If we're ever back in the area we would 1000% stay here again!
