This amazing Sun City house is ready for a Vacationer that wants an immaculately clean home with plenty to do in best location in Sun City. This super clean rental has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in closets, livingroom and a Rec Room, Kitchen, laundry room and two car garage. The large back yard has citrus trees and open to nature. It comes completely furnished with everything needed for a long or short stay. The house has four skylights and many windows which makes it bright and uplifting letting in the Sunshine. The peaceful location is located close to Bell recreation but also close to the 101 & Bell and it’s a quick trip to the ballfields, Arena, shopping and casinos. Many food choices in walking distance and Bell recreation is less than a block away. Check it out, please email with questions. We have other rentals as well.

Looking for a reasonable place to stay with another couple in the Phoenix area as we were attending a family wedding in Glendale. This worked out great for us, quiet neighborhood and the house was perfect fort 4 of us. Enjoyed our stay.

As Advertised

This is a well kept and well appointed property. An unexpected plus was the R & R at the patio. It was very peaceful and entertaining given that the large back yard common area allowed for the landscape and nature to coexist. The only negative was the limited TV channels available. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We were.looking for a house to rent for a month in AZ. We found on VRBO a very attractive home near the area we wanted and soon reserved it. VRBO represented the home nicely and accurately. Awesome time with all involved!! Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for time in AZ
