The 60 square meter apartment in the basement has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with 3-star freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite TV and a fireplace, which invites you to cozy hours. The bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a pull-out bed with two additional 0.90 x 2.00 m mattresses. Wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Storage room with washing machine. 1 basket of wood included.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Würzburg verbracht. Der Check in war super easy, die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Sehr vorteilhaft ist die ruhige Lage und der Stellplatz im Hof.

Große Ferienwohnung in der Nähe zur Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz steht ebenfalls direkt vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung. In das Zentrum von Würzburg sind es ca. 15-20 Gehminuten.

Leider ist die Wohnung nicht sauber gewesen. Das Geschirr mussten wir erst mal in den Spüler packen, um es überhaupt zu nutzen und auch Süßigkeitenpapiere und sogar Nuckel vom Vorgänger entsorgen. Abgesehen von Staubflusen und Spinnweben gibt es an allen Außenwänden (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) Schimmel- und Stockflecken wohl durch einen Wasserschaden. Schöne Wohnung in leider schlechtem Zustand.

Tolle Wohnung in Innenstadtnähe

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar in Innenstadtnähe, in 10min waren wir in der Innenstadt. Die Anbing zu unserem Seminarort war auch top. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Zauberhaft gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch wenn man selber kocht. Der Kamin hat uns schöne entspannte Stunden zum Abschalten beschert. Wegen der Nähe zum Main und der Stadt haben wir unser Auto kaum benutzt. Nur zum Einkaufen und Erkunden der zauberhaften Weinorte in der Umgebung. Wenn wir noch mal nach Würzburg reisen, werden wir gerne wieder diese schöne Wohnung buchen. Vielen Dank an unsere nette Vermieterin, für die sofortige und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit ihr.

Great stay in Würzburg

This was a spacious and well located apartment within walking distance to downtown. The bedroom was large and the kitchen well appointed. A parking space was a definite bonus!

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und ist in sehr zentraler Lage. Man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen und das Auto einfach stehen lassen. (der Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung) Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Als Ehepaar angereist am Anfang August

Die Kellerwohnung ist nur schwer zu lüften, daher war es immer sehr heiss darin. Spinnweben neben dem Bett, ungereinigter Backofen und ein Spüllappen, der bestimmt schon seit Generationen dort lag, gab uns nicht das Gefühl in einer sauberen Wohnung untergebracft worden zu sein. Auch der Aussenbereich im Hinterhof war sehr schmutzig und unaufgeräumt. Hier wollten wir uns gar nicht aufhalten. Die Vermieterin war nett. Daher noch 2 Sterne Liebe Grüße Familie Spaleck

Lovely apartment in Würzburg

We had a super stay in the Schneckenhaus! The one bedroom apartment has plenty of space. We are a family of 5 and and had ample room. There were many nice touches for small children and the accommodation was perfectly clean and comfortable. We liked that it stayed quite cool during the very hot summer weather. Location to town was great, it's an easy walk and the parking spot was a bonus. Contact with the owner was seamless; Karoline was very kind and quick to respond to emails. Would highly recommend as a base when staying in beautiful Würzburg!

Keurige woning in souterrain. Gelegen in rustige straat met eigen parkeerplaats

De woning is heel netjes , heeft een nadeel , er staat een kachel waar hout in gestookt kan worden , deze kachel (pijp) stinkt soms heel erg . Ontzettend jammer !!

Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage mit gemütlicher Ausstattung

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in Würzburg verbracht. Das "Schneckenhaus" liegt zentral zur Altstadt, auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar. Großzügige Räume, liebevoll eingerichtet: wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Eine gute Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Liegt zentral und ruhig, ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist recht klein und eng, die Lage im Souterrain macht es im Winter dunkel, sicher von Vorteil im Sommer.

Gemütlichkeit in Würzburg

Eine gemütliche, großzügige Souterrainwohnung in Würzburg, das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, gut sortierter Supermarkt und Bäckerei nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch, Kaminofen für die kalte Jahreszeit, nur das Bad ist mangels Frischluftzufuhr etwas problematisch und muss ständig gelüftet sein. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Eine gute Adresse auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, besonders wenn man am Main wandern oder Radfahren will!

Ferein im Schneckenhaus/Würzburg

Eine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung im Souterrain mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, im heißen Sommer angenehm kühl. Viel Platz für die Gäste und absolut ausreichender Stauraum. die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko ist, dass das ansonsten gut ausgestattete Bad kein Fenster hat und somit schwer zu lüften ist, was einen Anflug von Schimmel zur Folge hat.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gut gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden und mit Allem ausgestattet. Als Bonus gibt es noch einen eigenen Parkplatz vor der Türe - was will man da noch mehr.

Sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet gelegen. Küche und Bad hätten jedoch gepflegter sein dürfen. Auch der Sitzplatz vor dem Eingang kann man nicht benutzen. Da die Wohnung souterrain liegt, ist sie nicht besonders hell oder sonnig.
